You have informed that from August 2009 we have to use personal id numbeer while making purchases. Pl. confirm whether it is for online purchase/payment OR it is for direct shopping purchase also. I don't know whether you will provide new id no. or password for my two gold cards 1. [protected] & 2. [protected]. I may please be informed through my e mail.

Please Note that your deducting rs.520.00 for the item TATA AIG GENINSURENCE MUMBAI IN
through my above credit card number for several months, which I never purchased.

I want following clearification:

Since I have not purchased any such product, on what basis are you deducting the above mentioned amount?

I want you to reverse all the amount which you have been deducting for several months with interest and penality, as you are charging when I'm at fault, within 15 days.

If you are not solving this problem within above mentioned time, I will take leagal opinion from my lawyer and proceed the same.In this case you will be liable for any such leagal expenses incured by me in this process.
