HSBC — Non receipt of zero balance statement.

Sir, i have settled my credit card in may 2008. as per the letter received i have to get the zero balance statement in three months. but till date i have nore receive the zero balance statement. i am receiving the statement showing some balance regularly every month. I was having credit card no.[protected]from hsbc bank. iit was closed and return it in 31.02.2002 but i tried to loan ot other banks they told in my cibil report shown written off. I need solution from your side how to clear this problem ?
