[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — Harassment Calls from HSBC Concerned STAFF | |
I Mr. Pradeep Shetty associated with an top media company, would strongly bring to your immediate notice that I & my family including my in laws as being a senior citizens are have been constantly harassed by your concerned staff, one of them being Mr. Sanjay Rastogi by calling us from land line telephone number 011 –[protected]HSBC) at any given point of time towards FALSE CLAIMS being made against me. Please note that these calls are growing in numbers a causing all o[censored]s great amount of mental stress & nuisance of in the highest order, and this is not yet all acceptable to us under any circumstances. I along with my family members have categorically and clearly explain that we have not concerns whatsoever with HSBC credit cards and I have never ever applied / had such credit cards from you, & can justify the same at any given point of time, despite of which the above said harassments / threatening continues. There is a limit to any ones patience as we are all from higher respectable & reputed cultures & needless to say that we truly know our responsibilities and ethics. I sincerely for once more instruct that such false and persistent calls should be immediately STOPPED, else I along with my family members shall be compelled to take action against HSBC which is uncalled for and it’s at your own cost & consequences. I strongly intervene in this regards and sort out this issues with your concerned & relieve us of this unwanted & stressful situation. I got information from the similar kind of complaint that if we send a mail to [protected]@hsbc.co.in; sathya.[protected]@hsbc.co.in; [protected]@hsbc.co.in, problem will be almost resolved and it happened with me. Today i got my nil due letter from HSBC bank and i hope there will not be any more harassment from HSBC bank for due payment.

HSBC Credit Card — Harassment Calls from HSBC Staff
I Bharathi K N would strongly bring to your immediate notice that I have been constantly harassed by your concerned staff, one of them by calling me from telephone number [protected] (HSBC)/[protected]/[protected] at any given point of time towards FALSE CLAIMS being made.One Mr. Chopra CCed in this mail is also one among them. I have shared all my document proofs for the payments made and also a letter from HSBC for the same. In spite of all that, they are still asking me to repay some 60000 rupees.
Please note that these calls are growing in numbers a causing me & my family great amount of mental stress & nuisance of in the highest order, and this is not yet all acceptable to us under any circumstances.
I have categorically and clearly explained and justified the amount paid back to HSBC with all the proofs, despite of which the above said harassments / threatening continues. There is a limit to any ones patience as we are all from higher respectable & reputed cultures & needless to say that we truly know our responsibilities and ethics.
