[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — HSBC Fraud Collection Center. | |
Dear Sir, I am sajid b khan, was having HSBC Credit Card ([protected]) There was a pending amount(of Renewal fees + late fee n tax), my card got expired on dec 2008. still you have charged us this much amount.the amount was near 6000/-. On 13th April i got a call from HSBC recovery office Delhi, asking to make a payment, After a long talk i got agreed to close the dispute n close the relation with the bank as told by the executive, He has committed that if i make a payment of 1500/- then after 2 days i will get the letter from them that i am having no relation with HSBC any more. Next day on 14th got the call from mumbai office that a guy will come to collect he amount he came n collected the amount n gave me a receipt. after that again i got a call from delhi asking for the status of payment. I waited for the letter for one week n then on Monday 20th I mail HSBC from my account stating the incidence, but till date they are asking for the proof which I have mail them on [protected]@hsbc.co.in from my gmail account, statement is reflecting the given amount but still there are trying to skip from it. The calling guy name from delhi and Mumbai are as follow – [protected] Deepak Choudary on 13th April 2009 [protected] Deepak Choudary on 14th April 2009 [protected] Angad Singh(Name of Collection), on 14th April, 2009 attaching the receipt copy along with I heartily request you to kindly send me the letter which was committed by Deepak Choudary, regarding the closer of relation ship with the bank Once again I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
