[Resolved] HSBC Credit Card — no delivery of approved credit cards | |
I applied for an hsbc credit card last may 2009 and i was notified that it was already approved. in fact, i was able to receive a pin for cash advance. It was delivered at my preferred address in my hometown, 108 Dumayat Binalonan, Pangasinan. However, since my office address was transferred in MuÑoz Science city, Nueva Ecija, I called up HSBC for a change of address since most of the time, I am at my Office, Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop- MuÑoz 2 branch located at D. delos santos st. Poblacion, MuÑoz science city, Nueva Ecija. They told me to provide a cedula bearing my home address in Pangasinan. I was able to fax it last 1st week of September. Since then, I've been calling Hsbc customer care for the status of my credit card because until now I wasn't able to receive the credit card yet and I am soooooo..... disappointed with your service and I want to cancel my application RIGHT THIS MOMENT!!!!. i have the same situation. customer service sucks. how much more if this is about the incorrect charging? tsk! i'm gonna start a blog on this. and yeah, i would email them today to cancel my card application which was approved 20 days ago. like you i also received the PIN and nothing else.
