[Resolved]  HSBC Credit Card — Abusive recovery team

This is with reference to calls made to me for credit card collection by HSBC Credit card recovery team.

Mr.Bikesh Singh (Delhi HSBC recovery) called me and asked me to pay Rs.7000 towards my credit card dues.

When I asked for a break-up of the amount, he refused saying he himself didn’t have the details.
He became rude to me and started shouting at me abusing me to pay the money.

This kind of rude behavior with customers is unacceptable, especially when the customer is ready to pay the amount provided he gets the details.
I seriously condemn this behavior and request you to take action against such miscreants.

It is matter of great regret that HSBC Credit Card & TATA-AIG are charging unlawfully Rs 3906.00 in place of Rs 99 only for r a cancelled policy from TATA-AIG.

Cancelled TATA-AIG Policy No-OOHC[protected].

Please note that I did cancel the above mentioned policy within 3 to 4 days of its inception. As per Tata-Aig, only Rs 99/- should be levied on me.

But unfortunately you have charged the total policy amount + the cancelled amount as follows:

In statement (12 Sept to 11 Oct 09)

1 October[protected] Rs 317.25

In statement (12 Oct to 11 Nov 09)

[protected]-- Rs 3489.75

Actual Expenses made by me:

17 Oct 09 Kopal Comp[protected]Rs 1000/-
20 Oct, Old Tata-aig policy[protected]Rs 358/-
31 Oct 09 Amber[protected]Rs 2294/-
2 Nov Amber[protected]----Rs 469/-

Total Amount------Rs 4121/-

If you will add Rs 99/- for cancellation charge of the tata-aig policy, it should come out Rs 4220/- only.

But they charged me once again extra Rs 3489.75 for the same above mentioned cancelled Tata-Aig policy.

As a result of your wrong entries, you billed me Rs 7702.79---- (Rs 4220/- (the valid Amt) + Rs 3489.75 (the wrong & unjustified amt for the cancelled tata-aig policy) - Rs 6 . 96 (excess Amt paid for Oct 09))

This is shows their lack of concern for the customer & ways of exploiting the poor customers.

Despite I called repeatedly you people & Tata-Aig no body is sorting out the problem.

Note- Even if I PAID Rs 4220/- which is the valid amt for the last statement, you people have charged interest rate in December 09 statement., which is nothing but exploitation of a poor customer.


In nutshell you have charged me ( Rs 317.25 + Rs 99/- + Rs 3489.75 ) for the cancelled Tata-Aig policy –OOHC[protected].



Request to kindly go through my Credit Card statements & look into the matter as it is pending for the last 2 months.

HSBC — wrong recovery of credit card

sir
i have no cradit card but bank says i can issue a add-on card no [protected]
and recovery agents haras on phone also i can apply a bussiness loan in hdb finencial than give me a control number no[protected], hdb bank says i can't provid the loan because you have difault in cradit card
