I am using HSBC card since 2 years.The service is very poor and interest rate is like anything.
I would like to give only one suggestion, Please don't use HSBC Credit cards.
They are cheating the customers.

Sub: Cancellation of Tata Aig Policy (Credit Card/ Acc. No:[protected])
I am brining to your kind notice that I have communicated regarding cancellation of the above policy stating HSBC card hold, but unfortunately, your bank has been directly deducted from HSBC credit card with out my permission. I surprised, till date I have not received any statement from your side for depositing the amount. At the last minute, I receive a information from HSBC banking and inform to pay immediately.
I am requesting you kindly treat my policy has cancelled and returned the money what has been debited in my statement.
Please do not generate statements in future with premium.
In this regard your early action will be highly appreciated.
