Hello,

I (Jayapal Naidu) was having credit card. I lost my credit card 2.8 months before that time i have give compliant regarding last credit card. but before that some one have purchased on the card. i have submitted the dispute form and compliant and police FIR copy also. that HSBC bank manager said that" we will do investigation on that card with 45 days we will let you know the status but still i did not get any investigation status also. now they are calling and asking payment. please take action on this.

Note: I did not purchase any thing on the card. but still they are asking to pay the amount.

AFTER 2 MNTS I M WRITTEN A REQUEST PLS DISORDER THIS DEVICE & CALL TO CUS CARE. 25TH AUG I M REC THE SECURITY DEVICE AND AGAIN CALL TO CUS CARE. UR CUS EXECUTIVE SAYS MY CARD ALREADY CANCELLED FOR UR SIDE SO RETURN THIS DEVICE ANY HSBC BRANCH. TODAY I M VISIT UR ULIADANGA BRANCH, ADD IS P-158 NAZRUL ISLAM AVENUE, KOL-700054.
UR BANK EXECUTIVE SAYS THEY R UNABALEBLE TO REC THIS DEVICE SO RETURN THIS DEVICE UNDELIVERED ADDRESS
