To Branch Manager, HSBC Bank, New Delhi, Subject : Issue of “No Objection Certificate” against personal loan. Dear Sir / Madam, This is informed to you that I was having a personal loan account in your bank from September, 2004 to August, 2007. Account detail is as under : Account Name : NAFEES AHMAD Account No. : [protected] I have paid all EMIs as per payment schedule. Now there is no credit in my personal loan account as per me. Even if there is some nominal amount is outstanding then I am ready to pay. You are requested to issue me a “No Objection Certificate” for the complete closure of my personal loan account. At the same time you are also requested to correct my civil report as it is making hindrances in process of new loan approval from other banks. Hoping for your co-operation. HSBC/Personal Loan — Removal of my name from CIBIL report.
Hi,I have Personal loan ( 2 lakhs)running from HSBC with account number[protected] .Actually I met with an accident few months back and was unable to pay last 3 EMI's.Now I have cleared all my payments till now.If you will see my past record I have very good repaymnet record in this loan except these 3 EMI's
Now I have applied for 1 more personal loan with some other banks but my loan is getting rejected because my name is coming in CIBIL report due to which I am not getting personal loan for my sister's marriage. As of know it is coming 105DPT under my name in CIBIL report.
So plz update my payments in CIBIL asap so that my name will get removed from CIBIL report.Plz do it now as I need personal loan for my sister's marriage with in a month or two.
