[Resolved]  HSBC +tata - Aig Family Secure Personal Injury Plan — Request for Cancellation of Policy FSP[protected]

Dear TATAAIG,

This is mail is with reference to the Family Secure Personal Injury Plan, Policy Number FSP[protected] given in the name of Brati Chatterjee, I request you to cancel the policy as it was discussed over the phone when it was given to me. I am not personally satisfied with this policy and due to my other commitments, I would not be in a position to take up this policy now.

This is my repeated request to cancel the policy, as I have already spoke with the customer care executive. I need a confirmation that it is canceled, I look forward to your reply regarding the same.

Kindly do the needful.

TATA AIG FAMILY SECURE INJURY PLAN — CANCELATION OF POLICY

First of all sorry to say TATA AIG service is so bad. Nobady is taking care of customers.

My policy no. is FSP[protected], my EMI was Rs1220/pm, I have called customer care to change my plan to Rs500 on 26 Sep08, they have changed my plan but they are taking out money Rs1220 form my HSBC credit card. So I have make request to cash back 15 bays back but still it is pending. Now I have cancel my policy because of such rediculous service but they have not given any message to HSBC so they have drown again 1220 on 5 Nov. I am suggesting to people think twice before taking such policy. If any body resposible is there please contact me and try to solve the problem..

I wish to get the tata aig family secure injury plan FSP[protected] (certificate number) master policy no; [protected]. CANCELED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.As iam no more interested in the same .

my policy no FSP[protected] FOR Family Secure injury Plan through HSBC now I want to cancle it kindly cancle with immediate effect and pl inform HSBC not to charge in next bill thanks
