Companies which violate immigration laws need to be exposed. HTC Global Services is a company based in Troy, Michigan with offices around the world.

In India, it has offices in Tambaram, a suburb of Chennai.

This company has been found to violate US immigration laws. The following instances along with supporting evidence cautions employers and non-immigrant workers.

1. HTC Global Services has been found to violate the US Immigration laws on "6/8/2000" specifically "Failure to comply with subpart H or I (failed to obtain PW documentation)".

2. HTC Global Services has recently found to violate Immigration and Nationality Act (20.C.F.R Section 655.731) which includes withholding wages/salary from employee.

Not sure about the delay of payment in salary but the low salary part is 100% true. They only hire you if you are willing to submit your original educational certificates and a 3 year bond. Even for B.E graduates, the pay is Rs.5000/- gross. Their initial talks before the offer is made will be very attractive. Please do not go for this company.

He is really messing up the company name here
As said by him there is no such bond or to produce original certificates to them.
Its mandatory that original certificates will be verified in all the big concerns and returned back when verification or back checking has been over
Also their offers for the BE(freshers) people are negotiable but not as low as he said
Also when anyone joins a co., its offer letter will contain all the info, should check it before signing
He is a foll who mess abt the co., here
Theres no problem in taking decision to joining that organization

I'm a current employee of this company. its true, there is no employee privilege in this company. we have to work like OX, but still they pay very low, compared to the companies of the same standard.
They say this is a CMM level 5 company, but it is not.
They don't give you proper salary. Salary in this company is a variable pay.its hard for the employees even to get their full salary per month.
Every one working in this company, is losing thousands in their salary because of the variable pay.
Freshers, please don't try for this company. there are lot more better options than this company.
I'm stuck up in this company because of this 3 years bond. Even if i plan to leave before 3 years . i need to pay 2 lakhs to break the bond :( .
People, Please don't get opt for this company. even call centers pay their people well.

I joined HTC Global Services hyderabad as a exp of 3+ years in jun 2011 after theat I resigned on 6 jan 2012 as I got job in a MNC after some discussion with HR that is Ram kutam in hyderabad office on 2nd Feb 2012 he told me we are releasing you today as we don't have work for but according to the policy there are 3 months of notice period either side but he was totally disagree.

Then I done all my exit formalities and they told me we will send relieving and exp letter by courier.

and then I joined my new company and keep calling to Ram for reliving letter after 15 days ... and on 29the Feb 2012 I called him so he was telling theat theere are 15k rps you have to pay as you relieved early after theat we will release your reliving letter.

These HTC guys are not human begin and now I have no choice because I want my letters asap.

To tell in just one line. 'Yes this is absolutely fraud'. HTC must need to ASHAMED to be an INDIAN Company.

yes, i was one of the employees of this firm, they put bond for 3 years. not just a bond they took all our original certificates.
lots of my colleagues tried to complaint here and there but nothing worked out, even to police. finally HTC buy police also.

BONDAGE to the employees is one strong enough point. you can jump in any time and any person you see around in this firm sure will be a bonded (grabbing all his original documents). and must pay 2lks to break the bond.

IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS WILL SAVE LOTS OF PEOPLE, not just one r two in hundreds.

this will be the only company, labelled every were as CMM Level 5 and having Bonds to the employees.
good joke is they pay 90+10=100 per night as a night shift allowance ;-) i am not joking. yes you totally spoil your health for U.S guys and you get 100/night from this guys.

HTC Provided me the offer letter for H1 Visa, they told we will file your VISA and you have to take the interview with us, i have given the interview and i qualified for the interview.

i told i will join with in 15-30 days but they told this is onsite requirement you will join once ur visa get approved, after 1 month when i called they did not pick my call instead they told me we did not apply your visa.

In india there is no labour law as such due to this this private organization are cheating anyone as their wish.

Please think once before you post this craps about this bulls**t company. You must be from the managing committee or one of the slave master of the company. The ignorance of the fresh graduates are the biggest plus for the organisations like you. I am sure the curses of the 1000 of employees will not spare ppl like you.

HTC desire XDS no option to stop broadcast messages

I have taken HTC desire XDS 8months back. From day 1 I have problem with continous flashing of broadcast messages. I have talked with HTC customer care, mobile operator, service centre. No one of them have a solution.
