I have received a call from service center for the confirmation of cost for repair which i have confirmed, but from last 20 days i am continuously calling to that service center number to confirm about the status of my phone, but the landline number which is printed on job sheet[protected]...

Since the very first day i started realizing that phone screen and back side of the phone got too hot and that is very abnormal and Battery Backup is only 6 hrs when it is not used.Heating and Battery drainage problem increses with time.
