Finally, after a long long sturggle received my PF ammount on 6th August, 2009.

This is to notify that I was working in htmt durgapur from period 1st aug 07 to 31st aug 08 as a CRO Airtel Bihar & Jharkhand process.but sorry to say that i have submitted the pf form in november last of 08 but as per conveyed to me that the amount of mine will be transferred to my syndicate bank raniganj branch account no [protected] after six months of filling the form.But sorry to say my amount of P.F. till now not been transferred i m in need now because our eid is on the corner.my P.F. number is KN/46294/10695 plz transfer my amount asap and if not now then plz tell me the exact date that when my amount will be transferred my mobile number is :[protected]

As you may be aware HGSL (formarly HTMT) was maintaining its PF with RPFC Mumbai. Subsequently after demerger, the PF account was maintained with RPFC Bangalore w.e.f April'07. Subsequently all PF's maintained with RPFC Maharastra was transfered to Karnataka.
Your PF from Maharastra was transfered to Karnataka in the month of October'08. Subsequently, we had processed your Forms and had filed with our PF Office for Settlement on 4th November, 2008, since the settlement will be done by our PF Office, we request you to contact our PF Office at[protected], 25734492 and quote your PF Account Number with HTMT for the status.
HGSL will not be able to help in finding the status of settlement as the process is managed and owned by RPFC Office (Bommanahalli) which is a Government body. Hence, we request you to check the status with PF Office.
Please be informed that PF department will settle your PF account directly to your bank account.
Currently the PF department is processing papers submitted in the Month of March'09, hence check with your banker regarding the same.
