[Resolved] Hul/ Pure It — Damaged Germ Kill Kit | |||
[protected] Respected Sir, Am Salman Kazi. I had purchased Pure It, and my customer Id number is [protected]. I had placed a order for germ kill kit on[protected], the product was delivered on[protected]. After the replacement i found water was having a very bad taste, and was not fit for drinking. I gave a call to Hindustan Uniliver costumer care on same day raising a complaint. from[protected] till[protected], i.e today, my problem is not been solved. Every day i have to give a call to customer care and spend 45 min talking with them , explaining my problem. I didn't get a single call from the technical team. every time i give a call i hear a same line saying my problem will be resolved shortly, The complaint number given to me by the company was B[protected] & C[protected].
