[Resolved]  Hul/ Pure It Water Purifier — non replacement of battery

Sir,
I have purchased your product prior to more than six month, and in last week I had contacted your customer care centre no.[protected] for replacement of my battery kit, I have ordered there for replacement and I have received sms stating the no. IS10/AUR[protected] and further stated in it that your request will be done within few days. But till now nobody from your company had been to me, its very serious thing. I have again tried to contact to your helpline [protected] and [protected] on today, but there is no response. Pls. do some needful
