Dear Sir
I have logged a complaint with the helpline on 2nd Oct for battery replacment. It is more than 4 days now ( Though they promise for battery replacement within 72 hours). We are without purified water for last 4 days. (The product haus auto shut mode the moment battery is over and you can't use it). I ahve spoken almost 10 times and escalated to floor supervisors (Mr Rajat Gupta.Ms Sarita,Pulkit sharma) and all of them are bunch of irresponsible people with no ownership. They are non responsive .
Kindly help me on this so that other customer do not face such challenge
