[Resolved]  Hul Pureit — VISIBLE PARTICLES SEEN AFTER PURIFICATION OF WATER

we have purchased a pureit from Spencers retail manufactured by HUL on 08 th Oct'2011 the product was delivered on 9 th oct2011. We have called up the customer care for installation of the pureit but after calling up several times they have came to us for demo of the product. But the dust is still is visible in the water wrt to theis we have made several calls for the customer care but there is no response and started discnnecting the call if iam asking for the call reference number this happened twice. Pls find the calls details below of complaints made.

! st call - 14 th oct'2011 Complaint number - C[protected]
2 ns call - 18 th oct'2011 Complaint Number - C[protected]
and since then if I am asking for the ref no they are disconnecting my call. And they claim that technician will attend the complaint with in 24 hrs which is not happening.

The same was informed to spencers Supermarket but they are helpless wrt to the issue.
Pls take action on the concerned.
