Hi, My Pureit ID no. is [protected]. I have placed order for battery kit atleast 3 times in a time gap of 15 days and every time I call the Customercare people say the battery kit will be delivered in my door step with 24 working hours. But till date no germ kill battery has been delivered to me. Should I buy some other water purifying unit or wait for the battery kit to be delivered before drinking water.
