[Resolved] Hutch Lifetime Connection (999 / - ), Handset Motorola L6 — deactivation of caller tune

Sir, This is to tell you that i am using your connection since 2002. Now on 14/06/08 i got a message form your company that we have activated caller tune on your mobile and Rs. 30 will be deducted from your account. Since i have not applied for such thing how can company itself can do this. This is my request to you please deactivate this caller tune service and credit my balance as it was before activation at the earliest. Motorola — Caller tune activated without request

I am the subscriber of vodafone prepaid connection no.[protected].
Further, You have activated the caller tune without request on my above said mobile.
so, you are requested to deactivate the same & reverse the charges
