[Resolved]  Hyderabadonlineflorists.com — Fraudulent transaction

We had ordered for flowers and sweets to delivered to my Uncle @ Hyderabad on 11th March 2013 (for hisbirthday). We logged into "www.HyderabadOnlineFlorists.com" and placed an order worth 1290/- on 9th March 2013. The order number is "HHof-[protected]". They have not delivered the flowers inspite of repeated requests whenever we could get them on phone. Their customer support sucks, it takes hours to get their customer service personnel on phone and even if we get them they are completely indifferent and least bothered. They even had the audacity to ask us what if they didn't deliver the flowers on 11th and can they do so today (12th March). I also google'd (unfortunately after the fact) and found that there are numerous complaints against this company. I want to ensure that no other person gets this sort of treatment. Please help resolve this issue. It is not about the money but rather their audacity to continue treating customers like dirt and making money fraudulently.
