[Resolved]  Hyundai Accent — Loyalty Bonus Pending Since 9 Months

Inspite of repeated mails , the loyalty bonus of Rs. 10000/- is pending from Hyndai,

Dear Both,
I, Ankur Pasricha PROWD and LOYAL owner of Hyundai. I had purchased a Hyundai Accent in February 2009 (Nine Months back) from Joshi Auto, Mohali. At that time I was promised a loyalty bonus of Rs. 10000/-. In spite of repeated follow-ups with Josh Sales Staff and also logging a complaint with Hyundai Customer Care (5-041) no results have appeared. to add to this Mr. Bhushan (Joshi Aut, Mohali) came to Delhi on 18/11/2009, but in vain.
The desired documents i.e. the Registration Certificates for Santro and New Accent have already been submitted, again attaching the same.
Please do the needful on TOP MOST priority before I complete my first anniversary of my car, and help me in building my TRUST with Hyundai.
Hoping with lots of patience for last many months for a favorable answer.
