The Popular Hyundai Services at Kodimatha, Kottayam had robbed me of my faith in the authorised service centre of hyundai, by returning my wehicle with interiors broken and plastic components broken and metalic parts rusted. They took more than 45 days to change a rail assemby and a wiring kit and two struts. When returned, the A/c when activated gives me hot air instead of cooling and i cannot take the car out with confidence. They have raped my car brutally and shamelessly returned to me with a conclusive expression that i should not bother them furher. I have spend nearly Rs1,40,000/- in accident repaira year ago, and every now and then i take thsome problem or the other pops up. The wind shield they fixed had a leakage and i could not take my car out during rain. I took my car 4 times to the service centre and each time they keep it there for 10 days and tell me its done. I later on found that they have done nothing. In the process they stole my new 6 months old battery and replaced with an old one which i replaced with a new one recently with my own expence when the original one is still under warranty period. THESE SEVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE JUST TOO IRRESPONSIBLE, AND CUSTOMERS ARE AT THEIR MERCY. I AM CHEATED AND DISGUSTED. I wish if i could have a chance to show the condition of my ar to one of the authorised service engineers of Hyundai Motors. Was this information helpful? |

the people from this dealer have a no coomitment, very poor service,
very inresponsible service staff
i have last 3 times same experiance.
so i requst please do something 4 coustmer.
