Hyundai car / santro GLS model — car having so many problems within 1.5 year but not resp from hyundai service ond properly may be defected car has been geven to me

I have purchase car in 28/12/2010 & car has been run only 4800km but car having alot of problems(starting prolems) i have complain so many time to aldiam dealer but they are not taking properly to resolve the issue due to that i am facing alot problems on the way(during driving).
