Hyundai — Careless Servicing | |||
I purchased a new Hyundai i20 car in the month of February 2012. The level of service meted out to the customers at the Hyundai Service Center is absolutely pathetic. I had a minor accident with my Hyundai i20 and had given the vehicle for body shopping at the Hyundai service center. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I observed that the cluster glass was not cleaned properly and had lot of spots on the inside which could not be cleaned. In my second free service, I told the service center guys to clean the glass. They initially refused but then upon telling them that it was the fault of the body shopping guys, they agreed to clean. When I got the car after servicing I observed that the cluster glass was broken. They told me that if I need to get it fixed, I need to replace the cluster glass and pay for the same, for a mistake of theirs. I raised a complaint but no one has ever bothered to get back to me with any response. ABSOLUTE pathetic service. -Anup Nair Was this information helpful? | |||
