Hyundai — company not responding to test drive.

Iam mohiddin from bhimavaram (andhra pradesh). We have already booked grand i10 car.But we are not satisfied with the test drive because at that day weather was not good.So we requested them to send the car for another test drive. They said they will send it .whenever we call them they reply that we are coming tomorrow.But they wont come. more than 20 days were over.But they didn't send the car till now.And also they didn't gave the receipt for bill. so please solve our problem.
