Hyundai — Damaged Car

My cousin bought new car in December 2011. Its been only 7 months and we are tired of facing problems related to our new car. It just doesnt starts. From these 7-8 months, its been to the service center every month except March 2012 and May 2012. The car just does not starts and if it fortunately starts then you never know when is it gonna turn off. We are tired of visiting the service center so many times and whenever we ask them the problem they say even they are not able to understand it. They never solve it and just come and deliver the car without solving the problem. And the circle starts again . We have been begging them, ordering them, requesting them to please take this car away and give us a new replacement or our money back, but no one is bothered. Please help us as soon as you can.
