[Resolved] Hyundai Eon — Defective Windscreen of EON | |||
I have purchased EON sportz in oct 2011 from SURJEET HYUNDAI BHOPAL. In first rainy season it is observed that fog is deposited on wind screen in & out side .Even 5 minutes driving in rains this problem use to take place & visibility drops to such level, one cannot drive vehicle. I have made a complaint to SURJEET HYUNDAI, Vehicle was called in workshop & next day returned to me with the remark that it is ok & instructed to drive vehicle with AC on blower adjusted towards wind screen. When I drove the car in rains following the instructions Still I found the problem on outside. I have again made the complaint to SURJEET HYUNDAI for vehicle.Vehicle was inspected by SURJEET HYUNDAI authorized personal.I was told tha wind screen seems to be defective needs replacement. I have talked to service engineer Mr Narendra also He assured that problem will resolved after talking to company.I am in constant touch with Dealer. But with no response.Rather solving problem I am facing arrogance reply from Mishra (General Manager) Was this information helpful? | |||
