We had purchased a fluidic verna 1.6crdi on 10.10.2011
within 3 days of delivery , the fog lamp of our car was seen not fixed properly. The fibre connecting the lamp with bumber was found defective ( this was not due to any external accidents ).
The dealer from whom we purchased the car is st antony's ,kallumthazham , kollam.
So naturally we took the car to the dealer and they promised to ment it because it was a common complaint for fluidic vena (there were similar problems registered by other customers too)
and after a month, on[protected] they gave the date for clearing the defect. But I was really amazed to see that they charged a bill of Rs 5200 for menting the manufacturing defect.they did not give any prior information about this.On 21.11.2011 , i went their 3 times for getting the repaired car.but they were ignorant and made me wait the whole day.
When we were not willing to pay the bill, they removed the fitted lamp and gave the car back as it was earlier. So taking into account the physical and mental strain due to the ignorance and ill mannerism of the dealers. please take necessary action

25 June 2012 - I totally agree with the comments on the above complaint as St Antony's Hyndai, Kollam is cheating the customer by doing these kind of services. They dont inform us on any thing during service and also call us again after service and saying "we have something else to do service on the car" and charge it again... The most important thing is that they never clean or wash the car properly during service...
