[Resolved] Hyundai — Complaint Against Misbehaviour by the owner of the Branch | |||
Sir, I would like to bring to you kind notice that, M/s Mukesh Hyundai of guwahati is spoiling the name of the Hyundai due to its miss behaviour of the owner.As when i was at the showroom two days before ie on 8/10/2010 looking to purchase the car was having a talk with the sales person Miss Geetali Baurah, the owner's son ie Kaniska Himatsingka came out of the office office yeiling and shouting at the customers get out of the showroom. I left the showroom immediately and changed my mind of purchasing your car because of his behaviour.And i dont think this is how a customer must be treated Anyways it would be really kind of you if action is taken so that the companies name is not spoilt in future.
