[Resolved] Hyundai I 10 — Faulty Exchange Offer | |||
sir, i had purchased a hyundai i 10 new car from amravati dealership " Ketan Motors Ltd" in the month of August 2010. at that time an exchange offer was going on. Since i was an old hyundai customer, as per mr paresh of Ketan Motors the offer was valid to me. As per instruction received from him , we had delivered all document s of old car and the documents required for new car to him, hence we were liable for a discount of Rs.15,000/- on the new car. which we were told that the amount shall come directly from hyundai motors. now its almost 1 and half years we have not received the payment , inspite of reminding regularly to ketan motors and hyundia co directly we have not received the payment from them. we are thinking of going to consumer forum for this.anyone can help on this , please do. thanks a lot Was this information helpful? | |||
