Dear Sir/Mam,
We (my wife and I) purchased a Hyundai i10 car from Hyundai India last year. The car is covered under a 2 year warranty period. since the last one and a half month, the Electronic Power Steering of the car is not working. It is extremely difficult and dangerous to drive the car with a dysfunctional power steering, as it poses a danger to my life. However, in the absence of any other vehicle, we are forced to use the car.
We filed a complaint with Samara Hyundai, IP Insutrial Area around a month and a half back, but they have refused to provide the service stating non-availability of the part as a reason.
We have also tried several times to seek help from Hyundai company directly, but we have received only false assurance.
We are really cheated, pained, and appalled by the behaviour of the company and its authorized dealer.
We need your help to bail us out of this problem. Either Hyundai should replace the part immediately or provide us a replacement car. Was this information helpful? |
