[Resolved]  Hyundai i10 — exchange bonus yet not received

i have purchased a hyundai i 10 * MAGNA 1.2 imm e3 crystal white from samara hyundai,a division of samara india private limited,B-35,lajpat nagar-2 new delhi on date of[protected] with invoice no:H[protected] and whose customer id is:C[protected]..I was assured to get a exchange bonus of RS fifteen thousand(15,000) as i had maruti swift whose registration no is HR-51U-4051 earlier..i sold it to some other party.. now i m showing the new and old both RC to them but they are not giving a proper respond to their statement of giving the exchange bonus on new purchase.they are asking for 6 month time period for providing us with 15,000 exchange bonus cheque.kindly put my complaint forward.hoping for positive respond as soon as possible..also tell me in how much time bonus is given back??

i puchased i10 on 12th jan 2009 from ultimate automobiles industrial area phase 1 chandigarh,

i sold my maruti 8oo in the month of feb 2009, i applied for exchange bonus which i was promised

but till now i didnt recieved any money, even the company did not bother to reply to my letters, i feel

the company is cheating its custmors, the higher authorities are not taking custmors complaints

seriously, i will never ever recomend to any one to buy hyundai cars, hope some one listning.
I believe that Hyundai Has been off late adopting this Unfair Trade Practice of promising exchange discount of Rs.15000, but don't provide any documents for the same, except oral demands for various documents and later refuse the same on one pretext or the other.
Their sales representatives have been doing this in many dealerships, as I've read many such complaints off late, and M/s Shivansh Hyundai, Mandi HP duped me and my son with same false assurance as we bought two i10 Kappa Magna on 22nd June 2009, and I believe that Company Training Equips them with such false trade practices. The company should be brought to books.
We have also not received our Exchange Bonus for Hyundai Verna. Our Complain No. is still not yet seen by customare care dept in Hyundai. Complain No[protected].

i had purchased car i 10 magna last year 3rd march 2010 from kosmo hyundai phagwara road now it has been one year and i had called so many times now they are not giving exchange bonus worth 10,000 rs which was committed that time please take appropriate action against them

I complained two times in hyundai costomer care they are give me only coplain id and told show room will contact you ,show room persion contact me told that threre were ghapla in our show room so we are not handing you the exchange bonous,write to our gm of show room .but no reply from them.i purchased i10 on dated 8/12 /09 from utkal hyundai berhapur,many time visiting show room but returned me.I am totaly harashed ,I am also came to know many costemer like me in utkal hyundai berhampur suffering this type of problum.

To whom so ever it is in consern this is to inform u that i Afzal Ebrahim Pothiyawala am owning a i10 car o[censored]r company which has been purchased by me in August'2011 of which i haven't received Exchange Bonus Cheque of 15,000 and haven't received Extended Warrenty Cards for my car so please do the need full and send it to me as soon as possible.Thanking you,
