[Resolved] Hyundai / i10 — unsatisfied services | |||
Hello sir, I, Jagdish Kumar Sharma, bought a i10 car six months back from DPG hyundai, patiala with commitment of 2+2 warranty & services from them, I'd like to bring it your kind notice that since we bought it from them, we'r not getting proper services & responses from that dealer & the company. Along with this as expected (or explained to us) the car Average has drop down from expected one (20 kmpl) to 07-10 kmpl & also its clutch & pick up is not as good as was explained. I discuss the same with dealer many times while going for services & asked for its solution, but didn't get the proper response from them at any time. Their services are not up to the level that is supposed to be deliver by them. Their behaviour is also very rude with us. which is really giving me the feeling that i made wrong purchase.
