Hyundai i10 — service | |||
I had a problem yesterday (1.11.2012) at 7 pm, hot air is coming from AC vents and I stopped and restarted. I found that coolant temperature has gone to High. I called immediately emergency[protected] and they asked me to contact some other no. Finally I got Adyar, Chennai Hyundai service and they finally told to tow the vehicle and leave the car in their service station as car should not be run and finally they advised me to drop nearest service station to look at the fault. I left the car in Choice Motors neares service station and they are charging me Rs.3, 500/ though I have taken extended warranty. My concern is : 1. When there is an emergency why cannot organise to tow the vehicle to their service station as they may have better understanding ? 2. They dont have courtesy in an emergency for lady driving car ? 3. Kun Adyar is hesistant to contact choice motors to solve the issue by mutual understanding of not charging this due to extended warranty ? 4. As mine is office vehicle and I will not be recommending in futur to our company to buy any more Hyundai car ? Is there any other way to take up this matter to solve this issue ?
