[Resolved]  Hyundai i20 — Delay in Delivery

This is vikas from vadodara i had booked my i20 Asta on 14th september n change color on 23rd sep. they are not replying properly for delivery can you tell me how many days i have to wait for my car.?????????????????? they told me for 4 weeks waiting and now they are asking for 5 weeks....

Hyundai — Delivery of new i20 car

ear Sir,

I am a customer based in Kollam district of Kerala.I am a businessman
and
I had booked an I-20 1.4 Sportz diesel , Sparkle Blue colour, on the
24th of
september with a promise that I would receive my delivery within 15 days
of
my booking. I am sending you this mail to bring to your notice that the
promised date has been extended for another 25 days as your company
dealer
which is the Popular Hyundai seems to be waiting in queue for the Sparky
Blue I-20 as it still is in the production line!
This is quiet an unacceptable situation that your dealer has put us in
giving the amount of advertising your company has done in launching the
product.Such incidents can deeply affect the goodwill of your company as

sadly wish to inform you that i am considering the cancellation of my
order
and saying so i wish to inform you that I have paid INR 5, 000 as
booking
amount to Popular Hundai popular motor world Pvt
Ltd,Neeramankara,kaimanom.po.,trivandrum Order Booking Form No S7207.
Delaying it further would definetly incurr us an EMI for a car which we
have not yet received.
Kindly see to that my car is delivered to me on the stipulated date as
promised by your dealer.

earliest.

Hyundai i20 — NOT DELIVERED ON CAR

I HAVE A PURCHASE HYNDAI I20 DIESEL,SPORTZ VERSION ON CONCEPT HYNDAI S.G ROAD AT[protected],I HAVE A FULLY PAYMENT ON THIS DATE AMOUNT IS 7.50 LACKS,CONCEPT HYNDAI SAID I HAVE NOT STOCK SO WAIT & WATCH & NOT SATISFACTION ANS I AM NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO?
I BOUGHT A NEW I-20 FROM MANCHAR- PUNE DEALER.WHILE DELIVERING THE CAR TO OUR RESIDENCE, THE COMPANY'S DRIVER WHILE REVERSING THE CAR DASHED AGAINST A BIG STONE AND THERE WAS BIG BUMP ON THE REAR SIDE BUMPER.THE NEW CAR STANDS DAMAGED.THE DEALER WAS IMMEDIATELY SHOWN THE DAMAGE.HE ASSURED IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED PART.

WHEN WE WENT TO HIM FOR REPLACEMENT, HE FLATELY REFUSED.HE IS SHIELDING THE ERRING DRIVER.

THIS IS VERY POOR SHOW.
