[Resolved]  Hyundai i20 — Leakage of coolant

Dear sir,

This is in utmost grief I have to write this mail to u, I am suffering from a huge loss since long. My i 20 bearing Reg.No. BR01 AT -8780 has a problem of coolent leakage from a couple of month back after my car got serviced from your authorized Krish Hyundai service center Patna Bihar. Soon after, while i was on the way my car stopped all of sudden in middle of the road because of overheating, after contacting your service professional came and took my car for a weeks time n worked on its engine's head with no payment since they accepted that its their fault. Prior to this incident when i recieved my car after servicing from there only the RPM was high enough, they took my car and kept with them for next two days to work on the same. During the servicing the front bumpher was pierced and told that they needed to jack the car through and on the second time there was a big dent made on the back door (right side). Again they took the car accepting their fault and kept it for the next weeks time for denting painting. When i went to take my car i checked the coolent was missing from the box again and it was then top- up'd and we were told since the head of the engine was worked upon this is the last time we are topping it up. I also queried them there itself to have a check on the leakage. I was told they have made all attempts to check the leakage and found none.

Today after two days from the servicing center again in the morning when i checked the coolent box i found it empty and the service boys came to my place after i called them and they found the blower box of the AC is leaking as confirmed by them. They also advised me not to drive and it would take another full day to work upon since today is a holiday for them (26th March' 13) they asked me to come on the 30th March'13.

We have never been asked for any replaced car as my car remains in the servicing center for most of the time neither they think of asking for the same.

In this era it is crime to ask for the service that too from a company like yours. Please don't mind but we found no customer centricity at your company. Every time we take our car from the service area we are asked to fill in the feedback form which is of no use atleast for us. It is not only hampering the image of yours up to a great extent (also through bad mouthing) but also you are ending up loosing a true customer.

Asking there (at service center) for any help to resolve the problem at once is of no use as i did it most of the times.
