I purchased Hyundai i10, Magna car from Kun United Hyundai, dealer Khairatabad, hyderabad with chasis number: MALAM51CLCM150131*C and Engine no: G4LACM844807. I Paid Rs 7000 extra for Kenwood stereo with USB instead of sony stereo offered with the package. I was not showcased the interiors/make of the music system on delivery. But latter on when i checked i found it is mobis music system (Nippon Made), I've been cheated. The dealer has pocketed the EXTRA money I paid for Kenwood and has installed Mobis system (Nippon Made) only. The dealer now argues and covers up his FRAUD act. Hyundai customer care has not taken interest in this case, even after repeated complaints.

    Dear Sir Madam,

    I would like to inform you that I Purchased Hyundai EON Car (DL 10CD 1698) from Hans Hyundai Moti Nagar New Delhi on 11-Dec-2011. Since I am facing major service issues on Hyundai Eon Car and nobody from the service center is providing quality service. At the time of purchase salesman named Mr Sanjeev bedi forced me to Purchased Center Locking (Cross Links) from Hans Hyundai , As per him if you purchase Center Locking from somewhere else the Car Warranty/Guarantee will not be valid. So I forced to purchase the same. After six months I was getting lock & unlock problem. I called Hans Hyundai to rectify the problem they said you need to call to Cross Links. So I called them and issue was resolved. Right after Two months I was getting the same problem. Now it’s been 16 months of purchase I am facing the same issue (lock & unlock) on 8th time.

    Secondly at the time of purchase they charged me for 3M coating. But the Quality of work was not upto the mark I complaint so many time. Unfortunately nobody bothered. The service of Hans Hyundai is very Poor no service assurance form their side.

    This is humble request from my end. Please change the Center Locking (Cross Links) on an urgent basis.

      I bought i10 Magna in 2007 from Nimbus Car at Noida.
      The Average of the car is very bad.
      Now in 2013 suddenly the EPS system is not working & Nimbus workshop says it needed to be replaced for Rs.10500/- .
      I would never recommend anybody to buy Hyundai cars specially i10 models.
      The service is very very poor & also the average of the car.
      The Co. is just taking us for ride by putting defective EPS system which neither be rectified or bought from outside it's there monoply to loot the car owners.

        i had verna.i got a problem of A/C in it . from past 1yr car a/c is giving problem. sum tym automatically it stop cooling and oly fan runs inside after sum tym it automatically start cooling while travelling... once i hav shown it to talwar hyundai service center but i din get any proper response from them then i hav shown it outside to a/c automobile center.their he told me that their is less coolent but before 2months oly i hav filled coolent in it.. but nw the coolent was reduce below the 'L' level.. im not able to understand that how this coolent is getting reduce so soon even the hyundai service center r not giving any proper response..infact their no lickage of coolent also. so i plz request to resolve this problem as soon as u can...

          Dear Concern

          I, Ravinder Kumar, Prop. R. K. Enterprises, Member of Chandigarh Vayopar council & executive member Traders association sector 18 Market, want to share my bitter experience dealing with your dealer in Panchkula.

          I am a fan of Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki and have been a proud owner of their car in past. I also have a Hyundai santro Xing.

          Although I was very much satisfied with Tata & Maruti car and not actually disappointed with the Santro xing, I decided to buy a new Hyundai car, when I needed the replacement for my old Tata car.

          I want to thank you for providing one of the best cars in India and one of the wrost dealers on earth.

          I had a very bitter expertise from your Panchkula dealer viz. Ultimate Hyundai Panchkula which I feel needed to be shared with you as Both Hyundai reputation and my loyalty bonus are at stake in this deal. I have quite a reputation among my known persons and any negative feedback from my side, for any product(s) means, it being blacklisted for life among them.


          Here below I narrate the series of deal as done with Ultimate Hyundai Panchkula branch

          On 20thst feb. 2013 I approached the dealership (at ultimate Hyundai Panchkula) to buy i20

          I was well attended by the sales person named Alok I made up my mind getting car from the dealer

          A sum of Rs. 115000.00 was deposited in cash with the dealer and a receipt was issued. (which actually he collected from my residence good service indeed I appreciate the effort ). Mr Alok also suggested me to get the car financed from SBI Panchkula sector 14 Branch. However due to some reasons (despite my eligibility and submission all required documents and honest efforts of the bank staff ) Car could not be financed from SBI as they have the limitation for financing personal cars only and not the cars in the name of any commercial establishment and I need to get it financed in the name of My company named R K Enterprises only.

          I Approached my Alok to get back my sum of Rs. 115000.00 as I wanted to get my car financed from my regular Banker Vijya Bank who could take about 4-5 days for processing my finance request and I was not willing to block my funds for that period with the dealer .

          Here came the Point when the staff at you dealership showed there inner instinct and face behind the smiling face . It just spoiled all the pleasant flow of transaction, The staff was in no mood to refund my money and insisted me to get financed from a banker of their choice which was not suitable to me ( A senior staff at this dealership took me so rudely on which I feel so humiliated that at one time just made up my mind not buy a Hyundai car at least from this dealership).

          The behaviour of sales staff made me feel as I was trapped in their net and they even asked me to bear a loss of At least Rs3000.00 for refund and wait for at least one week to get my money back.

          This is the not end of the ‘SO called so NICE BEHAVE ’ OF the staff at ultimate Hyundai Panchkula

          I was not willing to bear any loss for getting refund and not in a position to wait for 7 days also so applying my own forget and forgive principles I decided ( against the will of my family) to buy the car from this dealership and suppressed my strong feelings against the poor behaviour of staffs there .

          Finally on 28th Feb I got a DD from my banker and asked Mr Alok the get the car ready for me

          At about 5 O clocks I was delivered a car and I was asked to visit the showroom after 3-4 days to collect the Invoice and other related documents.

          ( I fail to understand why I was not issued a Invoice and other related papers on the same time)

          I have deposited a sum of About Rs 2500. extra which was to be refunded to me on the same time but sales staff of your dealer asked me to wait for some two three days as they wanted to take some time to get a cheque /DD issued in my favour as

          (as per their version It was not possible to refund the excess paid amount in CASH . I agreed. For this petty amount to remain with them for some time.



          On same date I submitted the required documents for getting Loyalty Bonus as I already owned a Hyundai Car in my own name and being sole propertier of R K Enterprises I am very well eligible for loyalty bonus on purchase of another Hyundai car in name of my company .

          After three or four days while I collected the documents and signed the receipt of documents overlooking the date and other related details printed on them here I accept My mistake of the BLIND TRUST on such dealer.

          At the same time I asked for refund of my excess paid amount but it was ignored and asked to visit the showroom after another three four days as the cheque/DD was yet not ready. I took this very casually and in cool manner only and asked Mr Alok to take their own time



          At home while I was looking at documents for filling the same to registration authority and my bankers I found three mistakes

          A. Car was billed on 22nd of FEB.2013 where as I have not deposited full payment till that time and has never given my consent to buy the car from this dealership .

          B. As written on documents Car was hypothecated to SBI instead of Vijya Bank ( I still have photo copies of the documents

          C. Service book mentioned the car delivered on 23rd and not on 28th , the date of actual sales and delivery. Which further means that warranty given on my car will expire 5 days earlier to the actual date and my liabilities related to car in my possession started on 23rdFeb.2013 and not on the actual date and time of delivery



          I reported all these mistakes to Mr Alok who took the matter very casually me and asked me to accept the documents with the mistake .which I strongly protested and even after much of arguments he flatly refused to do the need full and rectify the mistake in papers .

          Now I lost my temper and very clearly stated him to do the needful or else I would go to consumer courts and approach Hyundai authorities. To which he responded that MY LOYALTY BONUS will be spoiled if I still insisted to get the documents rectified and any further taking any dialogue in this concern.

          I reported the entire matter to Mr Sehgal CEO of the concern and a phone call came to me to get new documents with amended date and facts on invoice and get the date on service book amended accordingly.

          Again I visited the showroom and collected new documents with new date as 28th Feb. and car hypothecated to actual bankers the VIJYA BANK and not SBI

          I still not got my excess paid amount and was asked to approach the office after two three days. This time again I sent a mail to customer care department of the company and some on from office came to my residence to pay cash and asked my son to sign a Rating form as all the positive and best deal. I directed my son aged 13 to refuse signing any such paper except cash receipt.

          Again May I ask the dealership if only cash was to be refunded why this was not done on the same date of delivery of car whay I was made to revisits and take the matter with ceo of the concern Now I strongly feel that fear of consumer courts only works with this type of dealers)

          Ever since then I have received so many calls from the company customer care to give them best rating only because now all my issues have been resolved ( Thank god there are consumer courts N economic offences wings of Police available in Chandigarh )

          Now come my Turn of my anxieties and fear about my car and the deal.



          1. Was a new car delivered to me as I got a car which was billed on a date prior to the date of delivery, and following points strengthen my doubts 1. There were no polythene covers on the seats while the car was delivered which I have experienced every time I buy a new car, The temporary number was also tempered, 3. As informed by ultimate staff ... there were two gate passes issued on this car on 28th and another on previous mentioned dates on bill. This came to my knowledge when a staff related to submission of loyalty papers asked to tell her actual date of delivery as there were two gate passes tagged in the file related to this car.

          2. Will I still get my loyalty bonus and I was threatened not to report the matter to Hyundai or else my loyalty bonus will be spoiled by the company.

          3. What rating should I give to this type of a deal...? I wonder how dealer can ask for a good rating after this type of behaviour and more over this a privilege of the buyer only to show share his/her experience with deal and dealer

          4. Who is responsible for spoiling the celebrations in my family on buying new car





          Now I humbly request the Hyundai authorities to investigate the matter and take the necessary action to release my loyalty bonus and check that I got a NEW car and not a second hand or previously owned car at a price of new one



          Also please suggest your best dealership as a am planning to buy a Elantra and within

          two /three months

          I own hyundai santro xing lpg.
          There is a blockage in the lpg tank.
          From last 8 months i'm contacting the service center but they dont have any solution for this.
          Please take a strict action against and solve my problem.

              Hello..
              I bought hyundai i 20 from sunrise hyundai patparganj..got my cars first servise done by same dealer sinrise hyundai patparganj.just after two days my car wouldnt start i called them and was told that battery must be drained. They told me to call hyundai road side assistance..i did and they sent a man down to check. He just recharged the battery and i was told to keep the emgine running for 45 min. I complied but then the very next day the battery was dead again..i am told to keep the car running frequently to avoid the battery drain..this is not a fair solution..i was not havimg this problam before i got the car servised from sunrise hyundai i wonder how is this possible that a brand new cars battery frains in just few idle hours.pls help me out.

              I had purchased one car from their dealer in March 2008 & within 10 months and 10000 kms the engine of the vehicle had to be overhauled. Even after complaining to the head office in INDIA no step was taken to resolve my complaint.I feel tremendously cheated by the company .

              This is to inform that the I-10 car we bought with the above details come across with a quality problem.The same vehicle is now being used by my ents in kerala.Last week we observed certain abnormal noise from the gear box.Suddenly we went to the dealer and reported the issue.After their inspection they told that the noise is because of the bearing(Crown bearing) problem.THis has happened on 11/06/2009.We came to know that the process of repairing will take around three weeks which is quiet inacceptable.We just want to know why is it taking this much time.We are badly suffering because of this issue.

                All Hyundai car owners beware of Kun Hyundai Service Center in ECIL and Uppal.
                They are worst in their service. The facility available there are accident prone.
                I have given my car twice at ECIL service center. Once they broke by back seat lock and asked me to visit Car Decor to fix it and 2nd time they have kept 4 minor dents to my car. They hid this and delivered it to me.
                They billed me for Nitrogen top up at time of servicing but strange thing is I wrongly fitted the Wheel Disk which hid the air valve and it was same at time of delivery which shows their fraud and cheating nature.
                The guy Saleem whom I met was very smart person he mastered how to cheat customers smoothly.

                As a friend and well wisher I suggest you not to visit these service centers.

                  I purchased my hyundai i 20 car from m/s klg hyundai i/a chandigarh in Jan 2012 and from the very beginning myne right side wiper was having manufacturing defect and i lodged mine complaint on the very first service and repeated the same in 2nd and third service also but mine wiper has not been changed and in the third free service i asked for wheel alignment and wheel balancing as it should be part of free service but i was refused the same as the dealer said that it is chargable. Moreover the servicing by the dealer was not proper as the cleaning and washing of the vehicle was also not proper.
                  after mine repeated complaints with the hyundai india ltd , no action has been taken till date for not providing proper service.

Moga.Bill No. PR[protected].Its battery is totally damage and car dose not start.I Call to Mr. Navdeep employee of godawari motors Moga.He said that take the car to Bathinda Agency.How i can take is to Bathinda because is dose not start.Kindly consider my complaint as early as possible.other wise i am going to court on 28 March 2013.

                        I have purchased i10 magna 1.2l from Shivansh hundai, mandi on dated 29.02.2012 with assurance of reward me corporate bonus of Rs. 5000/- after six month of delivery. i have submitted related documents i.e. id card of employer at the time of purchase of vehicle. No other document was demanding to me on this account. But till date no cash is award to me. Also when I have approach the mandi showroom to get the bonus, Agent has denied saying that you have not deposited the RC within one month after delivery.
                        In this regard, it is requested that this is not my fault, this condition was not apply me at the time of delivery so kindly refund the corporate bonus of Rs. 5000/- to me at earliest.

                        i 10 — Corporate offer refund

                        I am a prestigious owner of your i10 car which I purchased on 10/4/09 from your dealer nagashanti motors belgaum. After several reminders the dealer has not refunded the corporate offer of rupees 5000. Therefore I request you to instruct the concerned dealer to refund the amount at the earliest.

                        i 10 — delay in refund of amount

                        I am a prestigious owner of your i10 car which I purchased it on 10/4/2009 from your dealer Nagashanti Motors Belgaum. It was a deal that the floor matting would be a gift. At the time of delivery of vehicle there was an assurance from the sales manager Mr Girish Bojannavar to refund the cost of floor matting which was included inadvertently in invoice amount and paid by me. As per the assurance of the sales manager I went personally to collect refund amount about 8 to 10 times from my residence to showroom which is about 13 to 15 kms, but everytime Mr Bojannavar lied to me telling that GM is out of station or GM has agreed to refund but the cheque is yet to be signed. After these several times I called Mr Bojannavar and requested for the refund, but there was no positive response. Therefore I request your goodself to instruct the concerned and refund the amount without any further delay.

                          Regarding to above cited subject it is to inform you that my car of Huindai Santro G L S ECO Model and No.UP41 M 7274 was damaged on driving therefore i went to S A S Hyundai Work Shop which is situated on Kanpur Road Lucknow for rectifying of damages and Denting and then i have submitted my car on that service center and therefore i recognized that the manager is too irresponsible about Servicing of car and not good behavior person also and his name was Sr. S P Srivastava and also informing that their adviser Sri Ankur who is very nonsense person and made a very rough language about caring of my car .
                          My car has ensured by New India Insurance Company dated 04.3.2013 when a person has came for survey on Monday for purpose of checking car, due to incomplete information he has not reported completely about damaging and denting and Rs. 12383 (Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Three ) has also deposited by me as per advising of Sri. Ankur which should may not be submitted.
                          There fore i am here by requested Please take the suitable steps in this regard and also refund my expanses. ans also take the suitable action for Bad Servicing of My Car otherwise the company will loss the maximum consumers just like me.

                            I owner of Hyundai i10 DL3CR7188 purchased a car Samara Hyundai at Lajpat Nagar on 1st September 2011.

                            From the very first day there was a problem of front noise and steering is hard. A call was made at showroom, they suggested to visit a service center, first visit was made at Maya Puri Service Station. They did not understand the problem and suggested to drive as such.

                            1. 1st Service was made on 01/11/[protected] kms) at Maya Puri Samara Service Station. Complaint was made to them but they did not entertained my complaint.
                            2. 2nd Service on 28/02/[protected] kms) at same place with same problem. They said that car is in guarantee of 3 years and suggested to drive such.
                            3. A Visit was made specially for the front noise problem on 17/03/2012 at Maya Puri. No response was given by any personnel
                            4. Next Visit was at Samara Hyundai Service Center Kirti Nagar (4753 kms) & for the 1st time it was accepted that there was a problem and they changed one front barring. There was reduction in noise but the problem was not solved fully. There was still noise and steering was hard.
                            5. 3rd Service on 05/09/2012 at kirti nagar samara hyundai k.m.- 7057.
                            Regarding this, I had words with Mr. Ashish (Kirti Nagar) Mr. Rajesh (Maya Puri) Mr. Manish (kirti Nagar) Mr. Ashish Seth (GT Karnal Road) . Meena, Mr.Ravi, Samara Hyundai G.M. Mr. Harmeet Singh. No Solution was found and they could not take any decision. Further, they said that Hundai i10 makes noise. But when i took a trial run on someone else"s car, there was no such problem.

                              i have sent my car eon magna plus for 2nd free service on date 28-feb-2013.
                              while i had informed them to do normal free service as suggested by the company which includes engine oil change and oil filter change.
                              while i have opted for new mud flaps and a simple wheel alignment. the total amount according to me should not had exceeded[protected]rs.
                              while the amount charged for the service is 3500rs
                              even they have mentioned it wrong as third free service in the bill while it was second free service and
                              was done according to the recommendation by the company at 10000km

                                I Ashwin have such a bad experience with POPULAR Hyundai (nirmankara, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA). I previously had a santro, bought and sold to the same dealer and exchanged it with new i10 1.2 magna after 5years on November 2011. Within one month of purchase I found some electrical problems and it continued. Usually it’s my mom who drives the car and it belongs to her.

                                In brief I will explain what happened to my car so far.

                                November 2011- Month of purchase.
                                December 2011- Horn got damaged and replaced.
                                May 2012- Battery got damaged and replaced.
                                June 2012- Electrical damage which result in stop working of turn indicators.
                                August 2012- Replaced Battery went down.
                                October 2012-replaced battery went down for the 2nd time.
                                December 2012- Electrical damage resulted in working of all turn indicators without switching it on.
                                February 2013- Replaced battery damaged and bought 3rd new battery + Center locking system damaged +stopped functioning of power windows.

                                If I don’t use my car for not more than 10days I will face the above mentioned battery problems for sure. I can’t believe why this is happening to my car. So far, driven approx 5,000 km in between 3 new batteries and such problems has arose. There are situation when my mom was stuck inside the car without even unable to come out because of failure of center locking system and power windows and had to wait for more than 1 and half hour for the helpline to come which is nearly 6km away from their service center. These people are purely careless for their service and customers. They are least bothered and unable to solve the issue. If my car fails to start for the 5th time they will surely take a chance again and again and will change/charge the battery or solve the issue for the time sake and repair it and leave. Instead of solving the issue these people are begging for the trouble and convince me that my car is perfect and they could find any problems in the wiring. So it’s me who is becoming fool in front of them waiting for next damage and begging them for help for my brand new car. I have a feeling that my car has a manufacturing defect.

                                  my name is vijay and i have hyundai verna fluidic 1.6 crdi,i baught from sharma hyundai,ahmedabad. my car is completely wobbling not only at high speet but also at low speed,i told them about this problem from first service but they said may be its balancing problem in first and second service and they will solve this problem in third service and they did balancing and alignment and after that nothing was changed the wobbling problem wasnt solved. i am tired of this they said i have to take my car right from porbandar to ahmedabad again its 400 kms its irritating and tiring.i just dont know what to do i am not satisfied with the service at all...

                                    I have been servicing my Hyundai santro car in express Hyundai for quite sometime, and I have complained about their poor service many times, but they are not showing any interest in improving. This time I really got irritated as they were giving false information about the status of my car service. I gave my car to repair as it met with an accident and they told they will hand over the car on Wednesday. As a follow up when I call them on Tuesday they informed that your car is now painting and it will take one more day to get ready. So I called them up on Wednesday. But now I got to hear that they now got the parts only and repairing it and it will be ready by Friday. I told them that every time you are giving me different information and I need my car by Thursday (14-Feb-2013), and the person told everything is ready only we need to get the liability and re-examination to happen from insurance provider and the person will come only at 12 o clock 14-Feb. I believed and when I call them on 14-Feb, another person picked the phone and told your car is now in the garage for painting and will be ready by 15-Feb. It is very unfortunate to say that these guys are really spoiling the name of the Company and I am really frustrated by their service. I feel like cheated.

                                    Now I can do only one thing, never ever suggest anyone to buy Hyundai cars, though you get cars in low cost, but after buying you will really suffer to get a proper service.

                                      I am N. Chandrashekar, from Tumkur-Karnataka.
                                      I own i10 1.2 sport (car No KA-06 N 937, Jan 2011 model) of your company.
                                      I had starting problem with the car, so I complained to Tumkur showroom on 9th Saturday Morning to Mr. Shankar sales Manager. He directed to service section. But on Saturday no one received the complaint. Then after on Monday 11th, they take complaint and send some persons with out any tools and instruments and told that, it has to be taken to showroom for service. By the evening they told that there is some electrical problem.

                                      From Monday the car bonnet is open, but they have not touched any thing. When we enquired yesterday they told that there is same wiring problem and today at 11 am also they told the same problem i.e., electrical problem and mechanic told that they are attending the problem and told that they can’t identify it, and they need minimum of 8 to 15 days to clear the problem. This was told by service owner Mr. Sanjoth.

                                      We are afraid that, to solve simple electrical problem your company need 10 days. What is this nonsense? I have purchased the car to drive and to keep it in my home and not to put to your service centre for 15 day.

                                      We have purchased the car based on some trust and your promise, to solve simple electrical problem need 15 days, it is meaning less.

                                      I am planning to complain to consumer court due to yours worst service that we are getting here.

                                      I am requesting you to, kindly to do some action to do service to my car.

                                      i10 car — Improper Servesing

                                      I have purchased i10 car from Shivnath Hundai, Raipur in the month of August 2009. When I have given it for first service it was returned without servesing. No cognizance is taken on my complaint. My Car no. is CG04 HB 3363 and my address is 51, Vivekanand Nagar, Raipur.

                                      This is very sadful that such a big company is doing such a mean job.

                                      i 10 hyundai sports model car — BONUS REFUND NOT RECEIVED

                                      I mrs gita dhir bought a i10 sports on[protected], registration no.UK 07X7943 car from OBEROI devbhumi automobiles pvt ltd dehradun by exchanging my old hyundai santro cs e-11,no. dl- 9c-a-9455. I was told my exchange bonus (of Rs. 10, 000/-) will be given by july 2009. I have not received any cheque till date.

                                      Despite logging complaints with Hyundai call centre in I have not received in reply.in sept 2009 then again in october 2009 I complained to the manager mr prohit of devbhumi automobiles hyundai, he has assursed me that all my papers and documents are valid and clear and all o. k. have been sent for processing.then still again I have got only excuses and not the cheque.

                                      I spoke to customer care head (may be Mr. Ahmed) in Mathura road head office, he assured me that the matter will be checked into and service provided, but no result.

                                      will be grateful if the cheque be sent to me at the earliest.
