I am N. Chandrashekar, from Tumkur-Karnataka.
I own i10 1.2 sport (car No KA-06 N 937, Jan 2011 model) of your company.
I had starting problem with the car, so I complained to Tumkur showroom on 9th Saturday Morning to Mr. Shankar sales Manager. He directed to service section. But on Saturday no one received the complaint. Then after on Monday 11th, they take complaint and send some persons with out any tools and instruments and told that, it has to be taken to showroom for service. By the evening they told that there is some electrical problem.
From Monday the car bonnet is open, but they have not touched any thing. When we enquired yesterday they told that there is same wiring problem and today at 11 am also they told the same problem i.e., electrical problem and mechanic told that they are attending the problem and told that they can’t identify it, and they need minimum of 8 to 15 days to clear the problem. This was told by service owner Mr. Sanjoth.
We are afraid that, to solve simple electrical problem your company need 10 days. What is this nonsense? I have purchased the car to drive and to keep it in my home and not to put to your service centre for 15 day.
We have purchased the car based on some trust and your promise, to solve simple electrical problem need 15 days, it is meaning less.
I am planning to complain to consumer court due to yours worst service that we are getting here.
I am requesting you to, kindly to do some action to do service to my car.

Hyundai — FAULTY BRAND NEW CAR
I had purchased one car from their dealer in March 2008 & within 10 months and 10000 kms the engine of the vehicle had to be overhauled. Even after complaining to the head office in INDIA no step was taken to resolve my complaint.I feel tremendously cheated by the company .
