[Resolved] Hyundai i20 — Faulty Steering & Rough Suspension Issue | |||
I strongly agree to all the mishappenings with the i20 owners, since i am also one of you , who's using i20 crdi sportz since my 2010. Bought it from Sharayu Hyundai Navi Mumbai. had visited the service station and had to keep the car wid them for more than 10 times for the same suspension and the steering complaint, but still have not got it resolved. I think by raising a common voice and registering a complaint at Indian Consumer Complaint board, we ashould ask Hyundai to give us compensation for selling us a faulty product with lower quality and less examined parts and thus causing us the tremendous mental harrasment and wasting our time on its repairs. Let us drag them into court and demand for our right. I urge to everyone in this forum and the ones who are reading it to lodge the complaints and post here again after doing the same. I agreed with you totally. I have the same issue with my i20 magna purchased 6 months ago. I have already visited sharayu hyundai more than 6 times for the same steering and suspension issue. What is the way out of this? Where do I complain? please suggest.

Hyundai i20 car — Faulty Product
HI,I am an owner of Hyundai i20 car which I bought in the month of October last year i.e.2010. I am facing lot of problem since the time I bought this car. I have even registered a complaint in Hyundai India but of no use.
I am a victim of faulty piece and feel cheated by the company and the dealer (Shrenath Hyundai) who also is not helping my cause. I ahve already been to workshop 5 times in last 3.5 months.
Kindly help me in filing a compalint against the company.
