[Resolved]  Hyundai Motors India Ltd. — Poor quality of product

I have purchased Hyundai verna CRDI SX model from M/s Deep Hyundai Motors , mangol puri, delhi. Since begining the car is giving one or other proble.
1. During delivery time the wheel alignment of car was not proper.I visited there workshop and the behaviour of staff was so rude that I felt that I have committed mistake by purchasing their product. They had done the wheel alignment but was of no use . I had to get the same done from market .
2. Seat safety belts were not working properly.They replaced the belts.
3. Car battery / charging system is not properly working. Since last 3 months I had to stand on the road side to get the car started.
4. ESR services of Hyundai motor is so bad that either they dont pick up the phone or the numbers provided by them are switched off.

Hyundai Motors — Non-receipt of corporate offer

I have purchased one i10 car from your Hilton Hundai, Trivandrum on 17th June, 2008 and I was promised from the sales person to give Rs. 2000/- as corporate bonus to me in one/two month. As per their instruction, I have submitted the letter of employment from my company (at technopark) and copy of RC after 24th day of purchase. Till today I have not received the money. I have just forwared a complaint to customer care and got assurance, their autorised person will contact with in 3 days. Two three persons contacted me after that nothing... After passing 6 months, still I am waiting for my offered money.

Hyundai Motors i-10 Magna — non-receipt of exchange bonus and corporate discount

i purchased an i-10 magna (PB-08 BK 6445) from Goyal hyundai in july, 2009. First they misplaced my documents for exchange bonus and i came to know about this after three months on enquiring, they didn't bother to contact me for the same. Even now i haven't got the exchange bonus and corporate discount (15000+4500). I complained at customer care of HMIL also but to no avail.
What i suggest you that, you should get in touch with company owned service center on Mathura road - Hyundai Motor Plaza. I have two hyundai cars and used get it serviced at motor plaza, even after i stays in Noida.

Hyundai Motors India Ltd. — Non Receipt of Exchange Bonus

I purchased Santro car from EROS HUNDAI on 26.05.2009. Car VIN NO. MALAA51HR9M410176. I have not received exchange bonus of Rs.10,000/- even after lapse of more than one year. My complaint ID made with customer care in December 2009 is[protected].I am not getting any response even after sending mail and letter to them.

purchace my i10 in nov 2009, not yet got my exchange bonus.
I have purchased a new I20 Magna, Chasis no.MALBB51BLAM184180E, Eng.no.G4LAAM424202 on 14.06.2010 from M/s Koshala Hyundai, Rourkela. While going through the locking features I have found out to my utter suI have rprise that the front door locking design is faulty.The front doors gets opened from inside by operating the inner handle inwards even when it is in locked position. This was shown to your dealer who expressed their inability to sort out while telling that this is a design feature of the model.

The matter is serious and involves passenger safety. A company of HYUNDAI's stature should not lack in such safety failure.Infact I have been unable to drive the car as I fear for the unsafe locking arrangement.Imagine the situation when the car is running at a speed of 80-90 km/hr and the doors gets opened due to inadvertent operation of inner handling.This may lead to serious accident and puts the passenger at a risk.

Inview of this I urge you to suggest remedial measures at the earlist to ensure safety of the vehicle.

Hyundai Motors India Ltd. — Not paid special exchange bonus

Hi I had purchased one Hyundai Ascent car three years back from Modi Motors the dealer of Hyundai Motros i Thane city.

While purchasing the car i had opted for an exchange offer of my old Maruti 800 DX car with new Ascent model. I was promised by the dealer that i will get Rs 10000/- cheaque as special exchange bonus for the car i exchanged.

I had followed lot with the dealer for this cheaque to be received from Hyundai motors ltd. Chennai Now since 3 years have passed and i have still not received the amount.

This shows the brand leaders do not care for their customers and are just want to sale their products.

I will not recomend any one to buy any Hyundai products esepcilly cars henceforth.
I have purchased Car Hyundai I-10 Sportz (Chasis No. MALAN51CLAM658721F, Engine No. G4LAAM433906) on 28 June 2010 from KC Jammu Auto Mart Pvt Ltd Jammu under Exchange/Corporate bonus) as per advertisement in local newspapers. It is regretted to point out that even after submission of requisite documents (viz Registration certificates of ol as well as new car & copy of Identity Card issued by Govt of India) to KC Hyundai Jammu on 7 Aug 2010, I have not yet been given benefit of Exchange/Corporate bonus amounting to Rs. 19, 000/-(i.e 15, 000 + 4, 000) by KC Hyundai. This state of affairs clearly exhibits that tall/false claims are the authorized dealers of Hyundai Motors India Ltd are being made through advertisement in newspapers just to be-fool the customers on one pretext or the others. I hope that the management of the Hyundai Motors India Ltd will look into the matter for an early redressal of this issue

Hyundai Motors India Ltd. — Exchange bonus not received

Exchange bonus not recieved
I bought an Hyundai Accent from "Blue Hyundai-Bangalore" on 30th June 2010.
I am supposed to get exchange bonus of 10,000 Rs for Old Maruti-800. I have submitted all necessary papers and it has been received at head office too.
Now it is almost 5 months since I bought car, but still I didn't get the exchange bonus.
Every month dealer is giving me some assurance, but nothing is happening.
When I called ASM, then he spoke very rudely.
Dealer is having time to handover the new car key/ chocos/ photos, but he doesn't have time to look into this matter.
This is really a height of shamelessness from HMIL and Dealer. They are giving lot of promises, While buying new car. But later on they don't know what they had promised.
I am following-up with Blue Hyundai Dealer (Bangalore) and Area sales manager, but nobody is giving me satisfactory answer.

One side HMC is taking feedback on customer satisfaction, on the other side they are not taking any actions on existing feedback.

Please note that if a customer buying car of 6 Lakhs Rs, then he/she is not really bothered for 10000 Rs.

If HMC can produce good cars, then why they can't satisfy customer for such small reasons. What ASM and Other company officials are doing ?

I would like to suggest customers to go for cash discount on the spot. Don't come into any assurance, because they won't be anybody to fulfill the same.

Dear All, Hyundai Verna is suffering from manufacturing defects, due to which it pulls towards one side. But Hyundai will never accept this,
but all the engineers at service centers knows about this and can confirm this. I am also sufferer on same account and have moved to court for replacement. Lets join hands and fight jointly as individually we will not be able to fight due to big size of the company.

non working of a.c. in new i20 elite model

i have purchase new elite i20 diesel from jsv hyundai but a.c. is not working till first day and from last six days car is still in jsv hyundai, lucknow workshop but they do not able to solve the problem.
