Dear Sir / Madam,

I have owned a car since 2003. In April 2009, I had purchased a Hyundai product (I10 - Kappa/Sportz) for the first time and at that time I didn’t realise what a grave blunder it was. I DONT have any regrets about the product as such. But the way the customer is being handled and the promptness (or rather the lack of it) in addressing a customer's issues and queries at Kun Hyundai needs a sea-change....

I had purchased an Hyundai Satro GLS model from HUYANDAI MOTOR INDIA LIMITED , LOWER PAREL SHOWROOM on 12.09.2009, during the purchase I was promised an exchange bonus of Rs.10,000 if I sell my old car through them. The car was sold through the Huyandai Motors reseller who was sent by Navin the sales agent who was servicing my order, Subsequently the car was sold on 16.09.2009 to Mr. Dimple Shah. Since September 2009 , i have been in touch with Mr. Navin ( who has now left the company) after that with Savita , Then with Imran and Roshan Desouza.

Roshan came back saying that Huyandai motors has rejected my application for the following reasons

1. The sales of the car was suppose to be completed in 100 days were as in this case it took 120 days
2. Mr. Navin has left the company and sold the old car through a dealer who is not certified by Huyandi Motors

I would also like to put to your notice that ever one who I spoke to in the company knows the dealer well, as they have contacted him many a times for papers that were required for refund.

I routed this purchase through the company owned showroom thinking that it would be a clean deal, this has caused a lot of harassment to me as the company makes fraud claims to customers

Hyundai Motors India Limited — Irresponsible Service

I had taken my Hyundai Verna CRDI WB 06B 1046 to the Service Centre of SPRING HYUNDAI on 19/12/2010. The Car was placed under Service Consultant, Mr.Nani Debnath. I was told that the Car would be ready at 3 PM but by the time, I got back the Car it was was past 4.30 PM. However, on the morning of 20/12/2010 , when I filled up the Car with 20 litres of diesel & was proceeding to my destination, it was pointed out by other motorists that oil had been leaking from the Car. The Service Centre was contacted & a mobille service unit was sent to Salt Lake where the car got stranded. As I write this the Car is still being serviced & I am told that a wrong OIL FILTER had been fitted, as a result fuel started overflowing.

The Company owes me an explanation for the harrassment as I had taken the Car to an Authorised Service Centre.

Hyundai Motors India Limited — Non-delivery of the new vehicle post 26 days from the Booking & commitment made

Hi,
On 30th November '11, I booked a Silver Non-AC Hyundai Santro at one of the Distributor 'Narmada Hyundai' at Bhopal. But till date the new vehicle has not been delivered to us. The Bank loan's cheque against same is also ready with us & we still struggling for the delivery of our New vehicle from the distributor. We are continuously in touch with Mr Bijendra Singh at [protected] from the Distributor point. Please help us in getting the New Vehicle's delivery made now atleast.

Hyundai Motors India — regarding non delivery of vehicle

hi this is v. thirupathi rao , i booked verna fluidic 1.6 sx crdi on june 1st 2011 and the promise made by the sales executive is that he will be delivering the car in 30 days from the date of booking, and he insisted me to make the full payment of rs 11,00,970.00 , so i made the full payment on 21st june 2011 and he said i will be getting the vehicle by 30 th of june 2011.

From then when i call him he wont answer my call and there is response from the dealer , the sales executive name is mr.vinod kumar till date as of 27th july 2011 he didnt deliver my vehicle and he doesn't respond to my phone calls. when the dealer can't deliver the vehicle why did the dealer insist me on making the full payment for the vehicle.

till date there is no sign of the vehicle and they don't even care to call me and tell me the status,if i call them they dont respond to my call, i visted the showroom on july 10th due to this behaviour then they promised to deliver me the car in this month itself and ven the month has come to an end and there is no call from the dealer.

I can't rush to dealer always because i reside at another place which is 180 kms far from the secundearbad were the dealer is located, this is the way the dealer behaves with the customers,hope you seriously look into this matter and get my vehicle delivered i provide my details and the dealer details as follows,

      Complaint: Stucking of the Reverse gear/gears not shifting

      The said vehicle had reverse gear problem which was informed to the dealer. However, the dealer checked but cleared again saying 'no' problem. On 16.4.2010 the reverse gear got stuck & the mobile service was informed. However, no one bothered to come or respond. Next morning myself visited the workshop of the said dealer & got the mechanic. The mechanic was unable to shift the gear & the car had to be towed to the workshop. After 1 day it was informed that the gear box needs to be removed to fix the problem. The problem was identified & the repair No. says replacement of BRACKET ASSY. SHIFT CONTROL CAB & LEVER ASSEMBLY REVERSE SHIFT.
      Me being a women driving the car alone & that too a new car just 6 months old had manufacturing defect. Investing so much of money=rs 4.5 lacs & having a defect car has mentally made me traumatized & constantly suffering from fear of getting stuck again. It is my request that the company like hyndai should respect the customer & I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE MY VEHICLE. It is a manufacturing defect which the dealer as well as many automobile engineers have said. A car with manufacturing defect always and anytime will create trouble. Primarily spending so much of money for a new car & having poor service will create a bad reputation of the company also in the market of so much of competition with other vehicle companies.
      Please look into the matter & again request REPLACEMENT OF THE VEHICLE is needed & me not going to accept this. Look forward for your cooperation

      Hyundai I10 Kappa — Non receipt of RC

      I had purchase an Hyundai I 10 from Gobind Hyundai, Ropar, Punjab who is a subsidary of Goyal automobiles, Punjab.
      Basically i work for TVS group at Himachal & basically belong to Pune. Based on on company's policy, i had to buy a car immediately on my promotion . In our deal, the dealer had agreed to make my RC & also ensure my Corporate discount . Unfortunately, it is only now that I am realising that the deal was futile. I am not in position to take the vehicle out at Panchkula where I reside since the vehicle is on temporary regn, already expired long time back.
      Every day's call to the concerned person at the dealer ( Mr. Sharma) & Mr.Amrit pal have had not effect. Also I have paid them Rs.12000/- for my RC formalities. The receipt of the same is also with me mentioning the purpose of the money.Till date my phone calls are mostly unanswered.
      I do not know where your marketing guys are put up. I do not think this attitude of service would carry on lot in this present competition.
      Hyundai should ensure such complaints at the dealer are recorded & brought for the company's notice for future corrective action.
      Hope there would be some respite in this case of mine .

        I bought an Hyundai Santro Car in the month of March.I took my car for first service at JAYABHARAT HYUNDAI (Chembur) for first service.I was on high spirits on the quality and service of hyundai car but was disappointed with the first service i received from the service center.

        The detail : I gave the car for the service.On my return I found the car to be in an bad(dusty) condition.The service person claimed that he had done the car wash perfectly but found patches of dust inside and ouside the car .

        Now,In future I would really rethink on buying the Hyundai cars.

        Hyundai Santro Car — Not received corrected registration copy even after many follow ups.

        I had purchased a Hyundai Santro Car in December 2007 from Suhrit Hyundai in Yusuf Sarai. I had furnished all documents regarding the registration of my car and received the registration number within 3 months. The registration copy which was much delayed(July 2008) had my name wrongly mentioned. The dealership had confirmed to me that they will have the name corrected within a months time and send the Registration copy to my attention. It is now over a year and even after many follow-ups i have not yet received the registration copy of my vehicle.

        Who will be responsible if my car meets a mishap or i get questioned on the registration of my Vehicle?

        The dealer has caused enough harrasment to me already and i would like this to be resolved at the earliest without any further harrasment.

        I would like to informed that regarding for my on car KL13 Q 1414 SANTRO. I visit ur KTC Automobiles p ltd kannur service station, regarding this car service (repair). And I was contact Ur service manager Mr. Hisham and he told me car will ready after 15 days. And also after 16 days I was visit ur service station but my car was not ready. Then i got my car with repair 15.9.2009 but am not happy for this service and ur service manager character.Becouse my car was very nice condition before the repair, means so many scratches after the repair. He is insult me and my car and he told me he is very “busy man” i[censored] having any compliant come and meet after two days. Sir long 5years am dealing with this service station but i never face like this situation. Also my all friends dealing this same agency and everybody feel same. Kindly control ur service boys crazy driving for car testing

I was sale out my old maruti 800 car which was registered to my wife name Chetnaben N.Patel. I have already submitting all doccumentory proof ( Both the R.C.           Dear Sir,

          I have not received my Corporate discount cheque. I have purchased Hundai Santro in the month of July'09 & as per company I was suppose to get my Corporate discount cheque by Feb'10 (refer attached mail).

          But yesterday when I called Charisma Goldwheel and had a word with Mamta over there, she told me that my name is not updated in the Corporate Discount. It is updated under Associate Scheme & there is no time frame by when I am going to get my cheque.

          It is really very shocking experience for me, when I listened such an answer from Hundai end. It is one of the worst kind of customer service which I have came accross.

          Now I request you to kindly help me in getting my discount cheque.

          I have followed my case with many people in Hundai Motors India. But non of them bother about customer or customer service. I really regreat the day when I have purchased this car from Hundai. Person in Hundai I have talked about my concern to get the solution are mentioned below, but every effort from my end has gone waste:-

            Last Month (24/03/2010) i booked a car hyundai i10 magna, with Oberai Hyundai, Dev Bhoomi Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., 108, Hardwar road, Dehradun. Depositing the full payment in advance.
            The dealer, (the executive named Vikas) ask us for 10-15days of time to deliver the car to us, which we agreed. After a long span of time almost a month they are unable to deliver the car.
            During in this period of time, my friend told me that instead of buying the above stated car i.e Hyundai I 10, 1.1 magna (1100cc) u should buy a newer version i.e Hyundai I 10, 1.2 magna (1200cc) Kappa engine, by paying the difference.
            After this we contacted the executive, then the sales manager and at last the Managing Director of Dev Bhoomi automobiles, Mr. Amrish Oberai, for cancellation of the previously booked car against the delivery of another car Hyundai i.10, 1.2 magna (1200cc) which is slightly higher in price.

            But they all denied to do so, stating that they will only deliver another version car, that is I 10 magna 1.2 kappa engine when the previously booked car is sold in the market. On asking, how long will they take to sell the booked car, they say that it may take a month or two depending on condition, till then u have to wait for the delivery of your car.

            Now more than 10 days has passed they are not delivering the new Magna 1.2 as it is already in stock, nor returning the money.
            Now I am confused as to where should I approach and what to do. I would not have deposited the full amount.
            Kindly assist me as to how i can get either my choice car or my money back and how can i approach.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              This is to bring your kind attention towards the behaviour and customer dealing of there dealer at Jalandhar, punjab (M/s Kosmo Automobiles). I have bought there car model -Hyundai-I10 magna from this dealership on May 18th,2009. In that process the dealer confirmed us about the hyundai car exchange bonus scheme and corporate discounting (I am working with Hindustan Unilever Ltd). They confirmed us the refund of both the discounts within 3months. But After almost an year already passed by no information regarding that will be given by your dealer. not only information but the concern person is not picking up my calls. I am really dissapointed with after sales dealing of this company. I am really sorry to say that such a big company and if the dealing is so poor we are not able to recommend that brand to anyone is future. I have requested to them regarding information on refund status with the dealership but no reply is given by them and after putting so many mails at there customer care email id's even no company person contacted me. This is really very harrasing. Kindly guide wat to do in this case ,, as i want to sue them in court,

                Hello Everyone,

                Just wanted everyone to be aware of Garve Hyndai dealer on mumbai-Blr highway ,Wakad.near Hinjewadi IT park.
                I purchased Hyndai i10 from them.
                (1) 1s they promised me best deal which no body else can offer in Pune and also promised quick delivery of the car in 3 weeks time.So went with there offer.Sales person Mrs.Pratiksha who is a big lier and Mr.Prshant kulkarni.
                (2)Later on they delayed the delivery by a 1.5 weeks, giving some funny reasons saying its due to stike in chennai trailer operators ,hyndai cannot load the the cars.
                I checked this with other dealers like Kothari and sanjay hyndai.they said there is no such issues.also they offering me a much better deal having benefit of atleast 4K INR.
                (3)I asked them to cancel the deal,then they promised that they will deliver the car in a few days time ,and next day called up asking ti make entire payment and they can give the car in 2-3 days time.So paid then entire amount immediately by bank tranfers
                (4)I got the car 2-3 days later but no car registration was done (no car number ,it was not registered to RTO.They said its EURO-4 car hence will take once week time to get it registered.
                (5)Now it's been one month since the car has been delivered to me but no resgistration could happen yet.Meanwhile my car has met a small accident and the the towing crane which they had sent has caused more damge.cost of repair goes to ~15k.
                (6)Now since no registraion ,I cannot claim insurance .theere service station guys saying after the registration they cannot do the serice for a week time and then only they can start the work.
                (7)My car is lying in there serice station for about two weeks now waiting for the registration.which they have been just saying will happen in 1-2 days.I have checked with kothari hyndai guys ,they dont have any suchc issues with registraion.
                (8)I have talked to everyone one a no of times ,there MD-Vinayak garve,sales and service guys.Hyndai customer care :followed up with them but they stopped responding ,I called up mumbai office and Pune(Mr Milind) but no action from them even after two weeks.
                I proposed them that I will bear the charges ,you just waveoff the service charges,but they didnot agree.
                Pls be aware of this dealer better go with Kothari or Sanjay Hyndai.
                I guess they are much better.

                Hyundai- i10 — Car delivery is delayed by 1 month

                My father paid the full cost of i10-sportz on 29th january at the Hyundai showroom in ranchi.
                They promised to deliver the car within one month. One day, they give us a call to collect the car but when we went there, they told that car has not reached the showroom and we can not get the car that day. My father had to come back empty handed. Further, they are still delaying the delivery of the car. This is a lot of mental pressure for everybody in my home because lot of money is at stake. I want our car delivered immediately and compensation be given on account of irresponsibility of their actions.
                hyundai car prices are different from dealer to dealer in pune, especially Garve is having more ex-show room price, insurance and RTO charges(5k more comapred to sanjay hyundai)...sanjay hyundai is having 2k more in ex-showroom price comapred to Garve...looks like hyundai dealers are cheating the customers...need to sue them or ban them in pune.
                I completely agree...we bought i10 from Kothari but had given it for servicing to Garve Hyundai...but these guys are horrible. Very Very bad service... and they kept the car for 2.5 days and still did not replace the required part. I would suggest everyone to look at Kothari or Sanjay for servicing too.

                I have purchased a new hyundai getz from Garve Hyundai and they had given a very good service to me.From the time i had booked my car and till now i am very satisfied with the service.
                I got the delivery of my car on the promised day on 28 may 2010. So far from the day i have purchased the car i have called for periodic servicing of the car, the servicing was done just like supppeerrbb!!! I didnt even tell them the things which ware to be repaired and they did it on their own and that too without charging a single rupee from meeee! Such a good service i didnt see anywhere in pune.

                When i had a santro with me purchased from sanjay hyundai 5 yrs back i had a very bad experiance with sanjay hyundai.

                After having an experiance with Garve hyundai i gave a referance to my 2 frenz, they purchased i10 and i20 from Garve hyundai and even they got the delivery of the car on the promissed day.

                we all are really very happy with the service provided by garve hyundai

                now friends it depends on us how service we want. We can get a good respons only when we try to be pollite, have some patience. why the guys will unnecessarily trouble us? they aredoing a job out there only to satisfy the customers.

                Garve hyundai have extremely bad customer service quality. I are excellent at not following the commitments. This is regarding the delivery of the car, they gave so many reasons (and every time a different reason) for delayed delivery of the car. First time it was finance dept holiday, cheque not yet cleared (even though it was already cleared), this is matter of different department, the vehicle is still in transit and you can talk to the driver, the vehicle has just arrived, octroi will take a day, registration takes many days and something like the promised accessories are not in stock (this was at the time of car delivery), it will take another month to get the accessories and so on..

                There are still more than those but I don't want to spend my energy and time on that.

                One positive: The customer support personnel seems to be good and ready to take actions (signaling they want to improve).

                I hope they improve. Good for them and us :-)
                I have same exprience from this dealer, They are not paying me exchange bonus from last 7months. They are using customers money for their personal use. How shame ful things they are doing.
                i gave my accent for servicing last week with some minor works. they did d routine oil check etc. and gave a bill of 3200. they gave a "ALL OK" certif. and my driver who went to collect it, had not even reached t gate of the showroom, that d clutch/gear piston broke!!! it had NO gear problem initially! it was a 'gift' from Garve guys!!! and now they want ME to get that done for Rs.6000!!!
                Garve Hyundai is a very pathetic customer service experience I've had recently. I gave my i20 for minor repairs. These guys have been delaying the delivery of my car for one reason or another. It has been 15 days now against 7 days as promised by them. They come up withy some lousy reason everytime I check with them. I hope you guys understand how difficult it is to commute in Pune without a vehicle. I wish I get my car soon.
                I had get good service from Garve Hyundai, I feel it is how we deal with the any of service dealers person.
                Garve!!! This is an unprofessional dealer with untrained staff. They seem disinterested in customers, there is no enthusiasm and they have more excuses than there are stars in the universe. Examples Below:

                1. On entering no one approached us. We were just wandering around in their hot showroom (no AC)
                2. The lady did not know anything about anything. She just provided her stock sales pitch.
                3. They did not have the top end models on anything. Only the lowest and cheapest ones. When I commented that the cars look unpromising, the lady took off thinking we were just hanging around.

                We continued to look at the other models WITHOUT any sales person around. We devided we wanted to test drive the i20, top end model

                TEST DRIVE:

                The had not car @ showroom so they arranged to send one to us.
                The guy arrived about 1 hour later than what he had promised.
                The Car was shoddy in condition making all kinds of noises. Steering was funny, grinding noise on accelerating on low gears.

                Explanation:- This is an accident vehicle!!!

                Some other nuggets for bad condition:

                1. Test vehicle is used badly by customers!
                2. That was broken yesterday
                3. Mirror buttons are faulty because someone spilled water

                During the entire test drive and conclusion of it, the sales person was talking to other customers about bookings, loans and other stuff. He did not even have time to answer my questions as he was busy on the phone.

                Also, apparently to impress me, he was constantly telling his SHOWROOM or boss his schedule...
                " I have to go here for taking booking money"
                " I have to go somewhere else to collect the final payment cheque" and related nonsense was going on endlessly.

                At least 70% of my questions were unanswered because the salesman was busy on the phone.

                At the end of the drive they said "We have to leave because we have another customer to attend to!"

                Very Nice. Monday I am going to book the FIAT PUNTO whose staff at Pandit Auto was Extremely professional, dedicated his entire to my test and left me with a feeling of being valued.

                So if you are looking for Hyundai... STAY AWAY FORM GARVE @ WAKAD/PUNE. They are just illiterate village people with no idea how to sell cars or attend to customers who come in with wife and kids.

                Hyundai i10 — It's been a month No Delivery of the Car

                I booked the Car with Mithila Hyundai on 24-Mar-2011 and delivery was promised on 04-Apr-2011.
                Now it's a month still I have not recieved delivery.

                Have been following up with Branch Manager & Customer Care but no result. I lodged the complaint with Hyundai Customer care (Complaint #[protected] but that has not worked too.

                Its depend on people to people experience. May be Garve Sale and Service more than 1500 vehicles monthly, if dissatisfied customers are 5 in a month so 0.3% is the dissatisfaction level which is good against industrial average. As i got good sales and service experience from Garve. My good wishes and Good comments are always with them.                 My name is Geeta Kharge and i have given my feedback for CRM Garve Hyundai. Who is wring fake can be judge, Mickey metha ji no need of your [censored]e suggestion. My mail ID is there you can directely talk to me.
                They charge like anything in paid service. For my first paid service they charged around 4500 Rs (just engine oil change, coolant change, wheel alignment etc) I am not sure if they have changed oil/coolant or not. And for second paid servicing they charged 9100 Rs. They call it as major servicing for 30000 Km and my car total running is 27000 Km. Next time onward I am not at all giving my i10 to Garve for servicing. Even I faced issues with insurance claim. they charged like anything.
                Garve Hyundai at Wadgaon Bhudruk - Pune are cheaters.
                The engineers there are
                They cannot analyse the problems reported by customers at all.
                Instead of finding out the exact problem they tell you for parts replacement, though the parts are not faulty.

                I own an i10 era, had reported 2 problems to the engineer
                1) mild steering noise
                2) front suspension noise

                THe engineer told me to change a 3000/- Rs part which will take care of the suspension noise.

                The car was with Garve Motors for 4 Days.

                After receiving the car still the same problem exists.

                On complaining the same to the engineer, he was not able to reply to my query.

                Will be reporting this issue to the Hyundai Office.

                Be aware of the at Garwe Motors Pune.
                Pls don't go with Garve Hyundai Wadgaon, they are very intelligent to fool the customers as and when required.

                I purchased i10 Car in July-2012 and as per agreed in quotation Extended warranty documents supposed to be provide within three months, after three months when i start taking follow up they have disagree to provide and asking for proof on Extended warranty agreement, When I shown the quotation then they have again start for fooling me like the person who has committed is left etc . . . Till am not received.

                I personaly suggest don' t go with GARVE HYUNDAI WADGAON (B)

                Garve Hyundai is very poor and bad. Even they promised me the same.
                Below are the incidents which happenned within six months of buying the new i10 car.
                1) After purchasing the car from Garve hyundai, i went there for repair of i10 Horn 2 times.
                2) Also my car never met any accident but the clutch - gear got jam, front bumper and plastic career got damaged and the towing crane which they had sent has caused more damge. cost of repair goes to ~10k.

                I won't prefer anyone to purchase their car from this dealer. Vey Very Bad experience.SHAME!
                Garve service centre pune is the worst service centre I have ever seen. G.M. service doesn't have even manners. Service executives will follow the GM.

                Garve motor, wakad Pune are the worst car dealers. Initially they offer discount and once the car is booked the same are revoked. Devidas(Team lead) and vivek his partner are the best leirs so far. they have been fooling people and changing the onroad prizes. also be very careful for the insurance they offer. bloody cheaters dont include the Zero depth in onroad prize while others do include it. The same car was offered to me in very less prize by kundan dealers in PCMC. when i went to cancel the car, they cheated me more by increasing the cancellation charges. I would suggest ... do not book any car from Garve dealer(Hyundai).. they are the biggest liers and Fraud people.
                Garve Hyundai is run by bunch of crooks. Though the Hyundai car quality is good but their service in and around Pune is horrible. I am driving Hyundai for last 5 years. There are no good service center in and around Pune. All of these service people try to cheat you and don't do a proper work.

                Service in and around Pune is non-existent.
                Never visit to Garve Hyundai Pune for purchase of cars they never fulfill the commitment specially in terms of delivery and the sales persons are cheaters. Be careful before you give your booking amount to Garve Hyundai. I would request Hyundai as a brand should terminate Garve as a dealer of Hyundai as they are devaluing Hyundai brand value in Pune customers are really frustrated of liar sales person.

                I would request to all buyer that please think 100 times before doing any deal from them. they are kind of make you go to hell after bur car from them.

                Garve Hyundai HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!

                Day 1
                In 2014, The car was moved to Pune, Maharashtra and it underwent 3rd free servicing at Garve Motors Pvt. Ltd. at Wakad, Pune on 5th June 2015. During 3rd free servicing Mr. Saket Godbole, engineer, diagnosed that Anti-Braking System (ABS) warning light was on and it was due to damage to the ABS wiring on the left rear wheel. I requested him to fix the problem but apparently the part was not available at Garve Motors Pvt. Ltd. at Wakad, Pune.
                Mr. Saket [protected], was supposed to call me (within 15 days) when the part becomes available. However this did not happen. He never called me back.

                Day 2
                I called [protected] to check if the part was available and then another engineer Mr. Sachin Patil stated that Saket has left the company and the car needs to be brought it to check what exactly is wrong with the ABS. Also because I need to pay upfront for the spare part at the dealership. So I took the car to Garve Motors Pvt. Ltd. at Wakad, Pune. Mr. Sri (workshop technician) brought the scanner and scan the vehicle for problem. Identified that hub for the rear wheel left side needs to be changed. I requested Garve Motors to fix a new hub. Mr. Sachin told me that a spare new hub is not available at that time. I requested him to order the part. He assured me that the part will be here in 15 days and that he will inform me (call me) when the part becomes available. This never happened.
                I got a call from Garve Motors requesting me to bring in the car for paid servicing. I asked if the hub for the rear wheel left side has arrived and the representative said NO. I told them that I will bring the car by July 2016, and requested them to make the part available by then.

                Day 3
                I took the car for paid servicing on 6th July 2016. Amongst other things I got the horn changed as it was not functioning. Additionally, I requested Sachin to take care of the ABS. Now Mr. Sachin told me that it is not the hub that needs to be changed but it is the ABS wiring and that ABS cannot be done today (6th July 2016) and I need to bring in the car to the service center another time. This is really horrible situation. I still did not loose my patience.
                The problem was diagnosed by 2 serivce engineer and a technician and still the car was not repaired even after the 3rd visit. Sachin told me that he will call me when the part becomes available. Again he never call me anytime from 6th Jul 2016 till 24 August 2016. It was always me who called to inquire if the part was available. During this time again there was problem with the horn.

                Day 4
                Finally I took the car to Garve Motors Wakad to get the ABS fixed 4th time and horn fixed the 2nd time on 24th August 2016. This time Sachin told me that the car will get fixed within an hours. He put 3 technicians on the job. the technicians started opening and repairing the right side ABS wiring and yet it was diagnosed 3 times previously that the problem was on the left side ABS wiring. This made me very very very disappointed. I had not shown any emotions till this point. Every hyundai service center has a wall with all the certificates of all technicians. But I now wonder if this is just show! I went into the workshop area and told the technicians that the problem is with the left hand ABS wiring. This time I called Sachin, Ms Suma (CRM) and told them the problem however, it was not of much help. I decided to take the matter to GM Mr. Vijay Mahale who was also not able to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Finally while taking the delivery of the car I found fasteners were not tightened at several places and the horizontal shelf in the rear boot was broken. Really disappointed I called the customer helpline [protected]. I really wished that my faith in Hyundai would be restored but even the customer service reps were unable to help me. They were extremely rude and I was accused of being a frustrated customer!

                To summarize, it took 4 visits to fix the ABS wiring and 2 visits to fix the horn at a Hyundai authorized service center. I expect a better service and treatment from Hyundai Motors

                NO REFUND, NO APOLOGIES NOTHING OFFERED BY GARVE !
                Recently i had good experience in Hyundai grave motor service center wakad in pune.
                i was facing break issue in Grande i10 from last 2 years many time i have complained this issue in same service station.
                but service representative not given proper solution even not addressing issue as well me in service station, over a period they not bother to listen also
                .Recently i came to know new service adviser manager joined in Garve center r his name is Mr.Viraj Mahale .i have communicate him all past thing and he has really understand my pain and exact issue. he has done good issue analysis and discussed probable solution .
                He has given one solution and now the vehicle is in under observation with me but i want to really appreciate his effort and treatment

                    hi this is mr pravin agarwal from westbengal siliguri.i have owned a hyundai i10 car nearabout a year before.i had heard about the bad image of hyundai servicing but i personally viewed it when i gave my own car for the 3rd servicing.actually my car was in warrany period and my power window machined had been spoiled so i ask them to replace it they told that its out of stock with them.ok thats understable i can be sometimes but they even dont have ten rupees fuse available with them..i cant understable wat the hale they are doing.they kept my car for 5 days and gave me incomplete..which they promise me to give in 3 days....

                      I have bought this Santro numberely DL2C AE 3741 from MGF jhandewalan on 14th feb. . The pickup and A.C. of the car were creating promblem from the very first day . I have logged the complaint on 16th feb. Accordingly these defects are Manufacturing Defect . I have sent the car at G.T.Karnal and Patparganj service center almost ten to eleven times. As they are unable to resolve the problem I think the other way is only to replace my car . If the problem will not be resolved within seven days i have to go for LEGAL ACTION

                        i have gone thru dis block which itself is full of same repeated compains of not recieving exchange bonus..dozens of people r woried for same reason so m i ,i had purchased hyundai i10 from samara hyundai,lajpat nagar delhi...seriously m dam tired of waiting i hd talked to various consernd people but every time i m asked to go thru various chain of people like talk to dis she vl help u, agn dat lady ask me to talk to anoter person nd dis goes on..they think there costumers r fools..i has being told by some aparna bhardwaj,ruchika, nd various people working wid hyundai i 10,dat i will get my exchange bonus on 15th april 2010, i had visited there again they told me come on 20th april nd today they people r simply not botherd to pick our call, m fed up of trying again and again..just stop making false commitments nd dont think anoter new way to fool out ur costumers...i wish i get may exchange bonus of rs 15000 very soon so that i can get rid of calling again nd again

                          i have got i10 1.2 kappa engine car in oct,2009 from Nimbus Hyundai Noida(U.P.) The car was perfect until i took it once to hilly area where i noticed some regular noise coming from the engine or tyres which is not uniform, like it appears as something stucks at one point to the rotating wheel/axle and it rather stops the vehicle's free acceleration/movement. The drive is rough and this problem had been narrated to the workshop engineers on its second free service at 10000 kms itself. They are of the opinion that it is tyre noise due to friction,n didnot bother to check it thoroughly. I told them it should be uniform noise rather than at a point when wheel/axle rotates.                               I purchased an i10 in July,2009 from Commercial Hyundai Motors, Dehra Dun. Since day 1, my experience with Hyundai has been disappointing. With each product that I have ever bought in my life, I have never felt so deceived.

                              My registration number is UK07 Z 9952.

                              I bought the car and took advantage of the exchange offer through which I was supposed to get Rs. 15000. I was told that as per the company process it would take 1 month for the cheque to deliver. I submitted the required documents within few days of purchasing the car. After about a month, I started following up on the status of the cheque. I was told by Arvind Bhatia (Sales officer with Commercial Hyundai) that the documents had been sent to Mumbai office and they were taking their own time to process the request. I kept on following up though phone calls and visits to the Commercial Hyundai office and got one reason or the other. During this time, I also got to know from one of the employees that the documents were not sent earlier and were sent later on. I spoke to the Arvind Bhatia and inquired if this was correct and he said that there was some miscommunication and that the documents had been sent on time.

                              This continued for few months and i kept on loosing hope of getting the money. In December/January, I had written a letter to the complaints emails address stating the entire problem but did not get any response on my email. I got a call one day from one of the Managers with the Commercial hyundai team, Mr. Chauhan, who told me that they had received a complaint. I told him the entire problem and he assured me a resolution. He also asked me for the documents once again. We submitted the documents again and were assured that within a month the cheque would be delivered. I got a glimmer of hope again. I continuously followed up with Mr. Chauhan and he did not have any answer for me. He told me that the request had been rejected since the documents were not submitted on time. Who's fault is it when I had submitted all my docs well within the timelines stated???

                              I even told Mr. Chauhan that I would get in touch with the higher Management team for resolution to which he seemed least bothered and said that there were many other similar cases pending for resolution. I don't expect a person working at the manager level to respond in that way.

                                have following complaints against Samara Hyundai Mayapuri:



                                1) No written estimate provided at the time of handing over the vehicle.

                                2) No timeline provided for work.

                                5) Finally I got a promise data of delivery at 15th April and when I called I was informed that body shop head Vimal that they have a problem of door machine broken. ( which was operational at the time of car handover)

                                6) Mr. Vimal asked me to claim for bumper and inner parts as well and he insisted on it even after my refusal for same.





                                Here is the description of complete event, On 10th April I gave my Hyundai i10 ( UP 80 BE 4561 ) for repair, while handing over the vehicle I properly explained the problem, they informed that door need to be replaced, at the same time the guy called Vimal who claim himself to be head of body shop asked me to claim for bumper and inner parts, I refused to do so, before leaving the workshop I have shown them that power window motor is working fine center lock was working fine and they verified it several times, even after my contact asking for estimate no rough estimate given in written, I kept calling them from last 6 days and getting excuses every time I call. I have no trust on guys in Samara Hyundai body shop, how do I know if parts in my car are not replaced during these 6 days? How do I know what was broken in my car?



                                This is such a disgusting experience!!

                                  This is for yours kind notice that i have purchased Hyundai Car -CNG in the Year 2008, September with its Registration no- HR 51 AC 6239 under the name of M/s Jain Trading Company 1d/2b, b.p NIT Faridabad Engine no- G4HG8M539054 chasis no- MALAA51HR8M329615 from m/s Fx Hyundai, Main Matura road, Bata Chowk, NIT, Faridabad.
                                  I have been getting the problem in its Engine & CNG since from the day i have purchased it, Even Inspite of complaining about the problem to the Authorized Dealer my problem yet not been resolved. In the month of Januaray 2010 my Engine problem started & it started sucking the Engine oil, than i complanied the Service centre & they have opened Enginee which is under Warranty & even i have the CNG kit installed by the Hyundai itself. We have paid for all the Consumables & other itens so that we can get our Car in good Running condition.
                                  But Again in the month of March same problem occured of Engine& CNG kit, again i have complained again there with JOB CARD no- 009022 dt[protected] Mileage 43036Kms, Our Engine started sucking the Enigines Oil & there was no pickup in the engine.
                                  I have also forwarded my wriiten complaint to Northern Regional Office - hyundai and Marketing & Sales Offices also but no action has been taken from the companies side.
                                  Even i have complained in the Service Centre today but hvnt got any proper action & they are asking for more for the parts for which i have already paid.
                                  You are requested to please look into this matter earliest as possible as it is already to late & I m suffering a lot.

                                  hyundai/santro gls cng car — cng capacity/service

                                  i have purchased a car from nimbus hyundai ghaziabad santro gls (cng) company fitted.at the time of booking i was promised a 12kg. cng but after delivery i found the capcity only 10kg.case allready in the consumer court but i have been hearted that like hyundai a big multinational company does not care for there coustomer.

                                    Is PIO Card Not Accepted for Purchasing a Car in India

                                    I am an NRI from the US holding US Citizenship with a valid PIO card and going through a very difficult situation since last 2 months to purchase a small car from Hyundai car showroom.

                                    I spend 3-4 months a year in India and have never had any problem entering/leaving the country with my valid US passport and PIO card. In India I possess properties, valid NRO/NRE bank accounts, have monthly rental income...

                                    Dear Sir

                                    I purchased Hyundai I20 from M/s Brij Motors Limited, Agra on 22 feb.2010, But as per offer given by the dealer regarding the accessories and Insurance free of cost before buy the car not fulfill and refused after getting full payment from my side and using abuse language. Also, they cheat with the Government tax as they not pasted Revenue stamp on any of the payment receipt.
                                    For your kind information i also complaint to Hyundai Complaint Cell but no action taken by them against dealer till now as they all are big cheaters.

                                    So its my request you to please interfere in my case and take strong action regarding the dealer so that it can't be happened in future to anyone.
