[Resolved] Hyundai Santro — Car returned in a bad condition after the service. | |
SirMadam, I am Ajay kumar,owner of Hyudai Santro car# DL8CN-2142. On 12Jan 2008 I got serviced my car from "Nimbus Hyundai address:S-17 Site-4 Indusrtial area Sahibabad, Gzb. Before service they checked all lights & indicators of my car & they all were working fine.After service I came to know that during service they have fused the backgear swith of my car due to that the back gear light continuously turn on. Then I shared this issue with the people around & with the ManagerSupervisor but they did not listen to me & askedfor extra Rs-900 to get that switch changed but I shared with the manager that its done by your team so why should I pay for that & the manager behaved harshly with me.Then I filled the customer satisfaction form & also filed a request to the related issue. Now its been a long time & no body is assisting me on this & I have not got any suvey call also. I request you to assist me so that such people would learn a lesson oradvise me shall I contact to the higher authorities.
