[Resolved] Hyundai Santro Car — starting problem due to sensor is not proper working | |||
dear sir, I would like to inform you that My car HR 29 U 6359 have starting probelom since 11/03/2011 I informed to FX Hyundai and his technician lift my car for proper treatment at 10.A.M.on dated 11/03/2011 When I asked my car status then Mr. manoj Kr Service engineer informed me that we are not able to search your car probelom and we continue searching probelom at 12.00 A.M. last time 6.00 P.M.on dated 11/03/2011 I asked to Mr. Manoj Kumar but he repeated same answer. I asked to Mr manoj at morning 10.00 A.M.on dated 12/03/2011 then He reply me that Your car's sensor is not working so that when part is available then your car's fault will be remove.hearing this type of answer I talk to Mr.Mathur General Manager of FX hyundai at morning 10.30 A.M.who reply me I am taking feed back of your car then reply you.after 2 hrs I asked to Mr. Mathur then he informed me part of your car is not our stock. I asked to Mr Mathur How many time taking you for repair my car? Mr. Mathur informed me that we can not do any thing two days due to saturday & sunday. Mr. Mathur can not proper reply to me regarding my probelom. After then I talk to Ms.Seema who reply me I try to best possibility but not ensure time to remove my car fault . I had purchased Car on dated 4th May 2009 with warranty for period three years.from Fx Hyundai faridabad. Today I try to talk ms Seema but Ms. seema is not talk to me. I am suffering this probelom last four days but not care by service center nor hyundai.
