I am the owner of santro car and is being currently serviced by Hyundai Motor Plaza at cotton green, reay road, Mumbai.
I had given my car for minor fixes and when the car was returned, it started overheating. To my surprise the car in the initial incident had been fixed with the parts which were not related to the complaints.
After a day the car started overheating and when i sent the car back i was told that another part needs to be replaced and additional cost of 10 k has to be borne.
This is the second instance from the same service centre happening to me wherein the car is returned back with additional complaints.
Please convey this message to the service centre and also if possible, tell me a way out of this mess as none of the Customer complaints are handled properly by the service centre. Was this information helpful? |
