Hyundai Verna — Pathetic Repair Service | |||
I had given my Hyundai Verna to Hyundai Motor World, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate for repair of key problem on Sunday, 9th September, 2012. The service advisor told me it will be repaired within a day and it hasn't been done till now, 18th September. Everyday he tells me, we are waiting for some part to arrive and then he says we are waiting for another part. If this is indeed the case, it is pathetic inventory management on part of Hyundai India. Also, the technicians are very incompetent in understanding the nature of the problem for which I told them to replace the relevant problem units entirely (occuring a big charge on my part). Still, they aren't able to completely solve the problem. The service advisor is disinterested and I'm thoroughly appalled at this mediocrity in the services provided by such a multinational company. If this is the case in general, I would seriously advise everyone against buying Hyundai cars. Please consider car service as a very important parameter while buying your car and Hyundai would certainly come last in this respect. Was this information helpful? | |||
