Dear Sir,

My self Pankaj Pendharkar currently working with future group at Ahmedabad, i was working with Lovelock & Lewes Services Pvt. Ltd. My PF A/c no. KN/23372/2212, I was left the services in the year 2003, but till date my PF account is not settled down, i had done two many follow tele follow ups with I smart peoples & given every possible support to enable them for processing of PF refund application but still this pending, request you to please help me out to get my PF refund as i am not getting any response, also the contact not which is given on site is not working.

I am escalating such matter to you with heavy heart.
