[Resolved] Ibibo — Refund pending | |
I have booked one ticket from Bangalore to Patna ( PNR No. - FMN05RX24EL ) from Ibibo on 21st of december '09 and due to unavailability of seat the charged amount 16939 Rs is to be refunded back with in 7-10 working days as checked with Ibibo customer care on the same day. A Ibibo complaint no . 1001151 which was raised against refund of the amount charged by Ibibo against unconfirmed ticket booking. Till now, the said amount not yet credited back to the account.It's almost a month now just 2-3 times of normal processing time for refund. I checked it many times at customer care but they don't have answer for it.Apart from this everytime I am listening "It will be done in two-three working days". I am requesting you to please look in to this matter and help me out with this. Was this information helpful? | |

i win one ipod on ibibo site he send to me but it is fulty i return back his address but he said that he is only received empty box not ipod how can be possible

i am pramod and my sister priyanka she is also an aop in ibibo masti rockers but parii complain to my sister cuz parii is the op of music paradise. priyanka visit to music paradise then parii said TUM USER BHAGA NE KE LIYE aye hu . parii speak to on mic then priyanka also be angry then priyanka speak to on mic . i mean to say kuch jhagda hu gaya unki bich main so, parii complain . plz i request to u priyanka ku aop wapas karu

I had booked one ticket from Mumbai to Bagdogra ( PNR No. - FMN0BPB3E13 ) for (Mrs Veena Sinha) from Ibibo on 28th of November '10 for Rs 7315 . The traveling date was 1st December and due to some personal reasons I cancelled the ticket on 30th November ’10 and confirmed with the Ibibo customer care if the cancellation has been processed. They confirmed the cancellation and assured that the fare will be refunded back with in 7-10 working days. It's almost 3 months and till date the said amount not yet credited back to the account.
I checked it many times at customer care but they don't have answer for it. Apart from this every time they assure "It will be done in two-three working days". I m hereby requesting you to please look in to this matter and help me out with this.

IPOD — Refund pending since 3 months
I placed an online order of ipod with 100bestbuy.Com through my credit card for rs 499as the company policy promises to deliver the I-pod within 14 days of the order.
My 1st complaint is regarding the amount which was charged from my credit card account, it was charged twice leading in a deduction of rs 998.
2nd complaint is related with the delivery within due timelines.
When I wrote the mail to [protected]@suksh.Com( the ID given for contact)on 14th july I.E. After waiting for 40 days.
I got a response back that my amount will be refunded back as the product was not delivered within due timelines.
But till today I.E even after 90 days, I still haven't received my money back, inspite of my repeated reminders from time to time.Its very bad on the part of the company.
Kindly contact me through mail or phone along with the cheque number for refund back
