I am Mohammed Mustafa Khan, an Ex-employee of ICICI bank and I served ICICI Bank - Phone Banking Group Limited, Hyderabad India from April 07, 2004 to August 05, 2005 bearing EMP no: 118814

• Initially started as a Phone Banking Officer and later promoted to Senior Correspondence Officer.
Following were my responsibilities:
• Responsible for resolution of various customer credit issues like Late Charges, Merchandise Disputes, Credit Balances, Payments and Promotions etc.
• Analyzed & audited the correspondence and prepared reports for the manager.
Well, after couple of months I got an opportunity to work with an organization based in Srinagar (J&K), hence I immediately moved to that place. However, neither Miss. Shobhana Bhaskaran (Manager credit card – correspondence department) nor the HR people informed me to cancel my salaried account and I was also not aware of it, as this was my first working experience.
Now when I came to Hyderabad and visited my rented house, I received Quarterly statement for same account showing my balance in negative and I was surprised and shocked. If I would have got a call, I would have immediately closed the account.
As per the conversation with the customer service group, i regret to inform that I am not getting the exact information among the service officers; i had wasted enough time in meaningless conversations regarding the cancellation of my savings account.
Further, I would like to inform you that I am interested to open a new account with ICICI, by zeroisation my prior account, as there are lot of charges put on it. Moreover as an Ex-employee ICICI family, I request you to help me in this regard.
