[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Bank Statement received after 2 years

Hi,

I had open one bank account with ICICI Bank, Indore Br (A/c[protected] years before.

I got promise from executive that you do not need to maintain the minimum balance. I have used it up-to 2 years back.

Since last 2 years this account was un-operative and I have not done any transaction from this account and even I have not received any communication since last one year.

Today I have received the Bank statement with Rs. 5052 Dr with one transaction Debit Card Fee Aug 09 to Jul 10 + ST

I unable to understand what action should have to taken from my side so I can resolve the issue with ICICI Bank. I have very bad experience with this brand. The customer care of ICICI bank is not supportive and not interested to solve the issue as soon as possible.

They always un-necessary delay the issue and making money by penalties

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
