[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Asking for extra payment

Hi,

My name is Subhash Kapoor. I have ICICI credit card and the number of that card is: [protected]
This card is with me since last two year and i am not using my card anymore. But certainly i recognize that there is some transaction made on my card on 29th August then i called to icici customer care and told them regarding fake payment. Then they trasfer all the amount which was fake please see the below:

But after 3 month again they had charged same amount on my card which is really rediculous.

I really don't know why this is happen only in the icici bank credit card, i have other bank card also even i have card of every bank but this has happen only in my card ICICI bank card this is second time i am complaing this issues on this site .
Same thing happen on my other card also [protected]. but after complain on this site ICICI card are reviwing my card.

I really don't want to be blacklisted but why should i pay more. If i done something then lets prove.

Anybody can say these all are fake transaction but ICICI bank doesn't belive. I really don't understand how they are asking for payment even i had not used single penny. ICICI bank is really doing very bad things and i am going to break all relationship with this bank they are ridiculous .


Please help me i am totally frustrated with ICICI bank and suggest you guys if you have ICIC BANK credit card then just close. Because they can do cheat anytime or always watch your statement.

And please help me to get out of this,

please, please, please ICICI guys don't play with your Brand reputation. Its not a matter of money its a matter of reputation so i would be glad if you can look it as a periority
