[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card Edc Machine — a credit card EDC machine was installed in my premises and the bank send agent to remove machine

We have using ICICI edc machine for our store from last 1year. But last few month to I have not recvd EDC machine settlement and I have allready discuss with ICICI costumer care for regarding this issue.

BUT NOT IMPROVEMENT to against side regarding my problem.So plz check my account and send me settlement ASAP.

i hve applied for the machine from last two months ur representatives,managers, call centre people everyone has one thing to tell it will take two days or ten days call centre made me wait for ten days for ans but not a good ans was there with them. today was the last day they had promised me but the ans is there were three holidays so couldnot install the machine it is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...⇄ slow service from ur dept ridicoulous no one is bothered to inform still waitinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng for the ans dont understand if i get the machine what further will happen will i get my money in my account or iwill have to fight forthat in future very very upseting

Dated 24/01/11 Second time I have Requested for the EDC Machine(ICICI Bank) Thermal Rools but up till we hav'nt received, this regard customer care also every time give a Request Id IC11A1WB4923(In 1st week Jan -2011) & IC1101WB2051(Dated 24/01/11) but nobody come for service.
this will affect your service's, we also use substitute in against it (AXIS EDC), they will come time to time for maintains & Serve us.
do something or loose your customers.

ICICI bank put edc machine on my retail outlet around 25th of november from day one edc machine showing all icici credit card decline or it come pls try again later . i made a request on 8th of dec my sr no. is[protected] i made approx 50 calls to cm care till date 15 dec nobody came to check the machine .. SECOND LARGEST PRIVATE BANK IN INDIA SERVICES...
